It was very clean, and impeccably decorated (interiors and exteriors). Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The area was quiet, but still a short walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Communication with the property was very good. The room (#4) was a little tight for 2 people. Main room had a small dining table squished between the window and bed, making it difficult to use, especially since there was no dresser or draws to put your clothes away and only 4 hangers to hang up clothes. A set of drawers would go a long way in opening the room. Back balcony could be better appointed and maintained. Front community and pool area was nicely maintained with lots of sitting areas. Location was walkable to downtown and hiking areas. Would stay again if in the area.

Loved staying here. Pretty easy to access using the codes to the grounds and the room. The room is nicely decorated, with an amazingly comfy bed and pillows. The bathroom was clean, as was the entire room. Beautiful wallpaper and just super cute. Good location, if you do not mind a short drive. Conveniently located at the end of the strip and beginning of the lower area of Palm Springs. Nice location, quiet and residential.
The staff were very responsive - big shoutout to Jordan - who was super helpful and friendly. There were a few requests made on my behalf and everything was taken care of immediately, professionally and with a smile.
I would recommend a full-length mirror in the room, a kettle or a burner to boil water and to have the washing machine and dryer looked at. They weren't working when we stayed. Not a big deal for myself, but my better half wanted to do laundry.
We stayed for a week and were very happy and content. Would definitely stay again.

The outdoor space around the pool was okay, but trash lying in areas. The luggage caddy had a flat tire. The room was clean, but the back patio was a bit unkempt.
The entire facility appeared old and need of updating.

Room within great condition although there are some areas that look like they need to be fixed and or refreshed. Some of the appliances like the AC unit in one of the bedrooms that appears to be inoperable as well as light bulbs that need to be replaced in certain fixtures. The unit overall is very well appointed cozy and the kitchen is awesome. You have everything you need to cook if you choose to. The property wasn't completely booked so it was nice having a quiet space although the walls are thin. Had either a guest or long-term individual who would like to play their TV loud in the evening.
