This house was perfect for our brief stay in Palm Springs to attend a family wedding. The property managers were super responsive and helpful. The house is comfortable and attractive with plenty of updates and amenities. The backyard pool was a refreshing oasis, the view of the mountains, sublime. we loved staying in this quiet family neighborhood, close to downtown and the Parker Palms wedding venue. Note that there is not much shade in the backyard so don't forget to pack sunscreen.We loved our visit and would be more that happy to stay here again.

Great Space

It was an easy stay. A beautiful space. Contact with owners was easy. heated pool was lovely. WiFi randomly went out and make sure to turn on the flow hood if cooking or using the oven. The fire alarm is very sensitive. The listing says 5 bedrooms…but we only saw 4. These weren’t Huge inconveniences to us…the space supplied everything we needed. Loved the double head shower. Very nice space to enjoy with my friends for the weekend.

Mixed Feelings

The house is very nice – it’s well equipped and decorated well. It also has some convenient extras, such as a safe, a set of hand weights, throw blankets and a laundry basket. The living room sofas are somewhat small — the largest one is not long enough to lie down on unless you’re a rather short person.The house is not far from the airport, so there is some noise from planes taking off and landing, which might be a concern for very light sleepers.I encountered a few technical issues with the management company. I was notified by the booking agency that the management company couldn’t process my payment, so I had to call them directly to make the payment. Then, after I completed the required city rental form, I received an email saying that I hadn’t yet done it. When I arrived at the house, there was no information about how to access the wi-fi network, so I had to reach out to the management company for that info.Other minor issues: the patio umbrella stand was broken. When I notified management, they ordered a new one right away and even sent a handyman to the house to put it together. I was impressed by how quickly they resolved it. But the broken stand should have been noticed and fixed before I arrived. Another minor inconvenience: all of the clocks were wrong. I reset them, but little things like this should have been taken care of.Overall, I enjoyed my stay and the house was very clean and comfortable, though I will probably choose a different house next time.

The place was so cute and very clean. It has everything you need. Tons of good quality kitchen appliances and tools. My only suggestion would be a few extra bath towels. We enjoyed our stay!

I loved this property and highly recommend staying here if you’re ever in the area. Host was communicative and helpful if we ever had any questions. Pool was essential for the outdoor climate as well! Go here if you’re ever in the area, we’ll be back too!
