"The host Gavin is great and VERY accommodating. With flight delays, we arrived at almost one in the morning, but he was ready to buzz us in the gates complex. The accommodations were great and the pics are very accurate. The location is second to none if you are attending a football game or visiting a student at FSU. We are an easy 5 min walk from Collegetown. The condo had all the necessities and a few extras (coffee and bottled water). We will certainly stay there again. "

"Brad has great communication and provided spot on directions to access the unit. The outside was clean, there is a brand new fence surrounding to entire property, and the parking sport is conveniently located to the unit. The unit looks EXACTLY like the photos and it was SPOTLESS!!!! It was the right temperature, is inviting in every way, and has comfort level turned all the way up past 10. I don't know whose makes the mattress but I want one for my own home now. I slept super sound and appreciate that there were black out drapes. The location is amazing! You can walk or drive to the college and shops and downtown is just around the corner. 10/10 would like to stay here again and would recommend to others. Having 2 separate bedrooms for the same cost as 2 beds in 1 room is so valuable!"

"The owner was very attentive and engaged before, during, and after our stay. The location was very close to the FSU campus which was perfect for us getting to all the graduation events we were attending. The residence is very well stocked to the point that it was a bit overstocked. The master bedroom has no closet and the chest of drawers in the room was over filled with a lot of extra towels and linens. This made unpacking a bit of a challenge since drawer space was limited. Overall we had a great stay, and the location not could have been better for our purposes."
