“This studio is a perfect spot for one or 2! Brand new with all the special touches —- beach chairs, quality towels and bedding, comfy mattress, recliners for movie night, bedside chargers for phones and devices, high speed ceiling fan in the bathroom to dry out your swimsuit after a day at the beach, and more! I would start my day with coffee on the back patio overlooking the bay and saw dolphins and pelicans. Safe and speedy 5 minute walk to the beach for sunbathing or sunsets. And so……

“What a charming townhome! Everything was absolutely perfect. Everyone enjoyed themselves and were very comfortable! Aside from the townhome being amazing, the location is top notch!! Walking distance to everything! Steps from the beach and lovely walk to the pier area with food and shops. Also, very easy townhome to find for grocery deliveries! The locals are all very friendly and knowledgeable! 10/10”

Instead of four units sharing two pools, signage on the property showed three units share one pool and the second pool is not shared.Overall, we greatly enjoyed the property and location. ”

Didn’t like that we have to pay for laundry and difficult to try to check out and set up laundry beforehand. Otherwise good. Communication with manager was amazing super responsive and quick. ”
