“This was honestly one of the most STRESSFUL & DISORGANIZED resort experiences I’ve ever had. I arrived at TradeWinds RumFish to check-in & the line was so long it extended outside into the heat, & I stood there carrying my 3 yr old toddler for about 1.5 hours, only to finally be told my room still wasn’t ready. Staff told me I'd have to wait in line all over again b/c they couldn’t assign a room yet due to being overbooked. Security told me I couldn’t temporarily leave my car near the lobby b/c……
