Very spacious home with private yard and pool.

This is a very spacious home to stay. It has 4 rooms, large dinning and living room, new appliances (washer and dryer). They have a very nice pool in the backyard. This home is located aprox 30 minutes away from Anna Maria Island Florida. Thanks so much for having us.

Visiting Family

Well kept & clean. Very satisfied. Pool was nice and refreshing. Felt safe being there. Overall excellent experience. Areas of improvement would be kitchen supplies such as measuring cups or mixing bowls. Suggest bigger coffee pot. Lacked utensils to prepare meals. Need at least one full length mirror in one of the bedrooms. Also, needs to supply more than one toilet paper rolls for seven days.

Does the job

I suggest looking at the address on street view before booking. However, the neighborhood was quiet at night. Yard could use some sprucing up, large chunks of broken glass along back fence. But it was nice to have shade back there during most times of the day. Floors were very dirty when we got there leaving soles of our feet black, otherwise everything else was clean. Fan/light in the living room kept turning on throughout the day and night by itself. And some other details which added up. But overall, we enjoyed our stay, thank you host.

It did what it needed to

There were four beds and two bathrooms. We ended up not using the pool as it was filled with leaves. There were some roaches in the property and (not the fault of the property) it was smelly outside the whole time we were there. If you just need a home base, this does the trick. If you’re looking to be poolside this may not be the property for you.

Very disappointed in property

There were so many things wrong. The pictures were very misleading! The neighborhood was sketchy! Bugs in the master bath, not enough towels, no lamps. The couch’s were both dirty with stains & inbedded dirt. I would not recommend this property. Also felt the property was over priced for where it was & the items missing.

Warning - don't stay in this house

Place sucksThey had 7 air fresheners throughout the whole house covering up a black mold problem which we discovered in the rooms. When we contacted the vrbo explaining it would be impossible for us to stay overnight due to severe allergies to mold the agency didn't offer any concessions or concern. Warning - don't stay in this house
