Located in one of the Far South Coast's most sought-after holiday destinations, this spacious beach house is the perfect retreat for a family vacation. Nestled among the trees, the property offers breathtaking panoramic views of Pambula Beach, extending all the way to Haycock Point.

Spend your days relaxing on the pristine sands of Pambula Beach or explore the charming township of Pambula with its boutique shops and local attractions. The house itself features a sunny deck and an enclosed sunroom where you can unwind with a good book and enjoy the spectacular surroundings.

Sleeping up to six people, this beach house is perfect for family getaways. Accommodation includes two queen-sized beds and two singles. Internet access is available for your convenience.

The property has stunning views and very well equipped for a family stay. Short walk to beach and not far to good cafes in Pambula. A little dated but the views and wildlife in the garden certainly compensated.

This property is value for money. It was one of the cheaper properties available and this was reflected only in the outdated decor. Everything is very basic but clean and tidy. The view is beautiful and we were visited by kangaroos, echidnas and rainbow lorikeets. It’s a reasonably short walk to the beaches and the location is lovely. I would definitely stay here again. Really peaceful and lovely.

Was a great weekend. Good house with room for large family. One area for attention is cleaning. I found used tissues between the mattress and bed head/wall when making the bed when I arrived. Surfaces were a bit dusty. The outside furniture and deck were covered in bird droppings. I know there is a lot of wild life around but it didn’t appear to have been cleaned for a long time. The bbq gas bottle was empty so first night bbq dinner didn’t go to plan.

Fantastic Views

We had a delightful stay. The view was fantastic with plenty of whales to be seen this time of year. There were plenty of heaters which was great as we did have some cold nights. Beds were comfortable. The house is an older style but certainly comfortable and in my opinion the views make up for the aged home.

Stay at Sullivans Pambula

The accommodation was comfortable and suited our purpose. View fanastic, you can eat on the deck or inside. Kitchen had all basic needs. Remember you need to bring linen. It is an older style house not flash but one can see it has been a favourite home for grandparents. A hairdryer could be provided. For a homely stay without the excesses of life you will enjoy this home.
