"Alexandra the host at the luxury suites was amazing! So helpful, so friendly, couldn’t have hoped for any better service! She recommended and organised booking a dinner for us at Rizez in Fira which was amazing, the best meal we had, she had great suggestions all trip! Hotel was perfect location 2 minute walk from the beach and the strip of bars and restaurants along the beachfront, everything you needed to not leave the area, plus the bus stop was right outside the hotel for a 15 minute bus into most of the popular tourist towns nearby! Breakfast was great, service was great and the luxury rooms were amazing! Absolutely nothing it complain about! Hats off also for the frozen liquid outside the pint glasses keeping your beers by the pool freezing cold until you finished them, they seemed to have a great finishing touch to everything!"

"It was absolutely beautiful, perfect, each room had its own individual qualities, there were 4 of us 3 rooms . A friendly atmosphere very welcoming, any walking problems now you’re place , it’s way up top but don’t let that put you off if you’re able to walk . Definitely stay again"

"Firstly, Albina at reception was exceptional. Super friendly, always happy to help, and all her suggestions were 10/10. Don’t know what we’d have done without her input. The hotel is great, all the staff are lovely, pool is clean and the bar is great vibes. Only reason this isn’t a 5 star review is because; 1) we had ants crawling in our bed, harmless but tickley, 2) there’s no dinner at the pool-bar, so essentially there’s no vibe in the evening. However, there is so much nearby it’s not that big a deal, it’s just something we’d have really enjoyed."

"Stunning. Stunning. Stunning. 10/10. The views were breathtaking from this property. Exactly what you see in the photos is what you'll experience in person. The food was delicious. Beautiful private room with beautiful view of the town and sea. Spa was gorgeous. And the staff, second to none. They were literally the best part. We felt like they were there just for us. Whatever we needed: transportation, suggestions for things to do, even offered a blanket to sit out and watch the view by the pool. So kind and friendly. Thank you North Santorini! We will be back!"

"This Resort was phenomenal!!!!! When I tell you the staff was always on their A game, and brought hospitality to a whole other level. So attentive, and on it!!! And I Am a clean freak!!!!!! This resort surpassed my expectations of cleanliness, where i felt i could eat off the floors. Food was amazing!! Breakfast is included with your stay, but lunch and dinner you pay for. But the chef who cooked at this resort deserves a gold medal, the food was amazing when we dined in at the resort. The resort is about a 10 min walk to the beach, other restaurants and stores. The view from the resort was breathtaking. And i say it whole heartedly that the staff at this resort really take hospitality seriously. You will not be disappointed at all staying here!!! They also have a daycare/ babysitting center on site for the little kiddos. I traveled here from June 11th to June 18th of 2026. I will definitely be returning here!!."

"This property was such a delight! The cave pool was a major hit with the kids (we have teens) as was the whole experience of staying in a cave itself—the bathrooms were so cool and unique!Stavroula, our host, was superb! She got in touch months before our stay, helped us select excursions, and coordinated the bookings of what we picked—it was like having a concierge the entire time! She even made sure a car was booked and delivered to the location for us and handled airport transfer. There was zero stress and so much taken care of! I’ve never had a vrbo host, in my years of international travel, treat us so well!Location was very close to Kamari Beach and restaurants, grocery, pharmacy while being a good distance from the chaos and busy streets of Fira and Oia. If you don’t rent a car, you will still be fine to get to things if you can walk 1-2km. Our kids thought the place was epic, and the outside space was relaxing and just what we needed.10 stars. Very much recommend the stay."
