“We stayed one night but it was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is ordered via a menu that is sent to the staff and delivered to the room! Housekeeping was nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the private pool/patio was great.
Make sure to reach out a day before your stay to get check in information (date code, room instructions). We missed that instruction and didn’t have a way in. Luckily, the staff were easy to contact and housekeeping helped us get settled……

“Great villa very spacious with two small pools ideal for cooling off. We travelled with two children and the villa had plenty of space host was accommodating and communication via WhatsApp was great. Breakfast was generous and delivered fresh and hot. Overall great spot and large villa perfect for a family. To be extremely picky the downstairs aircon location is no ideal and doesn’t cool the whole bedroom. ”

“酒店是一座大House，我们定了4晚，很安静（我和我老公是睡眠很不好，必须非常安静才能睡觉）。位置还可以，离中心Fira坐车2站路，走路25分钟，就是Santorini没有行人道，路上车辆很多。老板人很好，还採了黑色无花果给客人吃。酒店价格可以，白天出去玩，晚上可以在酒店泳池戏水。酒店提供免费早餐，我们都是泳池边或是橄榄树下吃的，很惬意，适合打算住一段时间的游客！”

“I just wanted to share how much we enjoyed our stay at SS. The property was beautifully maintained—new, clean, and perfect for our needs. The kids were thrilled to have access to the private pool, which quickly became their favorite part of the trip.
We also loved how conveniently located everything was, with fantastic restaurants just a 10-minute walk away. It made dining out easy and enjoyable.

“We had a fantastic 5 night stay, fabulous lady checked us in in the afternoon and was so helpful with our itinerary and organising a rental car and taxis when we needed. Breakfast was beautiful and the pool area immaculate and peaceful. Bean bags a great addition to the loungers. We loved being a small distance out of Fira town, supermarket close buy. “This is the best hotel room I have ever stayed in. First of all, our hotel guide Vivian was amazing. She organised everything and anything we needed very quickly. In addition we were able to keep the room nice and cool in our cave room with the air conditioning and had plenty of space for everything, form a nice spacious bedroom, to kitchen, living room, bathroom and vanity area. Would definitely recommend for those looking for a quieter luxury place outside of Fira and Oia,”

“Penny and Yannis and the staff were very sweet and accommodating. The rooms were beautiful and clean. I love the antique furniture and the beautiful marble floors and the beautiful redone bathroom..
