Absolutely LOVED OUR STAY!!

This was my first time booking. A stay like this and I was so nervous, thinking it was going to be so hard and it was super easy and I loved how we literally checked in had everything we needed. The place was beautiful and I had zero issues. I had the pleasure of meeting the cleaner of the property.Her name was Amanda and I had to let her know That the property was extremely clean and maintained.And I let her know how much I appreciated her hard work!! We will absolutely stay here again.Hopefully as soon as possible!!

Family summer vacay

Property manager was very easy to reach and very responsive to all concerns. The condo is located in a great location and floor. My only concern is the cleanliness of the condo. It needs a deep clean esp inside kitchen cabinets and curtains. Pull-out sofa mattress was stained. I truly do not believe that the bedding gets changed. We washed all of our linens before we went to bed (we always do this) and when they were washed and dried the color was brighter/whiter. I also washed 1 of the bed blankets that was brown. After it was washed the color was actually lighter (it was dirty). The linens had permanent stains on them.

Revise the checkin process

My only quarrel with my stay was the absurd line with only 1 worker attending while the others took care of less urgent matters. Took me 45 minutes to move about 10 feet. The rest of the trip was blissful, thank you.
