This Gorgeous 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom That Sleeps 8 Beach Front Condo is on the first floor of Grand Panama Beach Resort so no dealing with elevators! Gated private Patio has a direct walkout to 1 of 2 heated pools on the Resort, kiddy pool, hot tub, grills and the private beach entrance a few steps away. Beach Service Pre Paid by me For Your Convenience includes 2 chairs and 1 Umbrella 3/15-10/15. Small Pet Friendly Maximum 25lbs, Tiki Hut available for Cold Beverages and Food for days you don’t want to cook (March 15 - October 15). You'll find everything you need in the fully stocked kitchen including an air fryer, Insta pot, Sandwich Maker, Keurig Duo and Margarita Ville Maker and much more.
We Welcome Each Stay with a complimentary bottle of wine from our well known Missouri Winery Stone Hill, 2 Bottles of Water, Microwave Popcorn (1 pk), Souvenir Wristbands, Slim Can Coozie, Note Pad and Pen.
Sleep up to 8 guests in 1 king, 1 queen, bunk bed Oncove and a queen sleeper sofa. Relax in the Livingroom on the comfy leather sofa, you can also move bar stools easily for more seating Smart tvs provided in the living room and both bedrooms. Free Wi-Fi, Master bath offers a separate soaker tub and walk in shower; guest bath has a shower/tub combo. All linens are provided (no beach towels) along with beach chairs (on patio for guest use), Beach Wagon, Pack n play provided for your convenience.

Up to 2 pets, no more than 25 pounds each are welcome to vacation with you for an additional fee of $100. each. Pets will need to be registered with the resort prior to arrival. During required registration online with Park n Spot the new system Grand Panama Beach Resort is implementing there is a $63.52 fee for parking and gp wristbands required while on property a second parking pass can be purchased for $41.29, during pet registration a photo of pet is required along with vet immunization record and a $55.00 Fee for the First 7 days the $5,00 a day per, pet sleeve is required on leash at all times. These fees are paid directly to the resort during online registration. Registration is required prior to arrival.


Grand Panama Beach Resort is located on the Emerald Coast in Panama City Beach Florida. The resort has 2 heated (seasonally) pools, hot tubs and kiddie pool, a full service tiki bar and grill (open Mar to Oct), gas and charcoal grills, private covered parking garage, 24-hour security, fitness center and general store. Sunsations is also located right across the street for any other beachy needs. Pre Paid Beach Service for 2 includes 2 beach chairs and Umbrella.
Both Publix (11240 Panama City Beach Pkwy, Panama City Beach, FL 32407 (850)236-4515) and Walmart (Walmart Supercenter #818 10270 Front Beach Rd, Panama City Beach, FL 32407 Open until 11pm (850)-234-1989 deliver directly to the front door.
Must be 25 or older to reserve. All reservations must provide an email address to esign the rental agreement and provide a copy of your photo ID and Copies of ID’s for anyone 18 yrs and older in your group ( PCB New Policy) All future communication for check in instructions, door code, etc. will be sent to the email address on file from my main booking platform OwnerRez.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

The host’s communication was exceptional every step of the way. The amenities were wonderful as offered by the grounds, but the host’s little details set this condo apart from the rest. We especially loved the pipcorn, wine, beach chairs and wide assortment of toys, etc. the condo is steps from the pool and the host even provided a margarita machine! This host is next-level and her love for the unit is evident. We will be back!

Great unit without need for elevator

Very clean and as advertised. Ground floor unit lets you bypass the elevators. Literally a few steps from the pool and hot tub. Enjoyed our stay very much and would certainly visit again

Very clean stay which is always a top priority for me. The place was nice just as pictured. Nice beach and pool. Had a few things come up and the host was very quick to communicate and get everything handled! Will stay again when we are back in pcb!

Condo was clean and well maintained!! Fully stocked with all necessary conveniences of home. Located on the 1st floor with direct pool access was amazing being that we never had to use the elevator. Will def stay here again!!

Beautiful area. The host was excellent. The property was clean. We stayed on the ground floor because we had a dog. Would definitely suggest that if you are traveling with a pet. The area has so many things to do and this resort is located right is the middle of it all. My only negative would be, I don't recommend going in February. It's colder than you think.

We had an amazing stay at Grand Panama! The location of the unit is the best! To be able to walk right out to the pool or the gulf was great! Unloading and loading with ease from the ground level! Early check in makes checking in a breeze! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all friends and family! Clean and the best communication with the owner!

Fall break

Linens may need some upgrading, but otherwise, great unit and great location. If traveling with a small dog, perfect porch for them to watch the action and still very close to the area approved for dog walking. Would stay again.

We loved being on the first floor and being able to walk right out onto the beach without any steps or waiting on elevators. The room was clean with everything we needed. Grills were great and just a short walk from the room along with the pool. Was honestly the most relaxing, stress free vacation we have been on as a family or 7. 10/10.

Summer trip

We absolutely loved everything about this condo. It was clean, well stocked and had lots of beach supplies that were on hand for us to use. The pool was great, the grounds were manicured and everything was very clean. Workers were continuously working on upkeep of the grounds. I highly suggest this to everyone. It was an awesome plus tgat i was able to take my pet.

Convenient & Cozy

My husband and our 2 daughters spent the week soaking up the beach. The room was perfect size and had all amenities needed. This was the first time we have stayed on a first floor and the convenience of walking out and directly to the pool and beach and parking was fantastic. Room was clean and everything was comfortable. Absolutely Perfect Beach Getaway!This was hands down the best condo we’ve ever rented in either Panama City Beach or Destin. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly well-stocked—truly a home away from home.We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful extras: a welcome basket of goodies in the kitchen, and luxury bath and shower products that made our stay feel extra special.The location alone is enough to keep us coming back. Everything we needed was just steps from the patio—pool, beach, and the Tiki bar (which served surprisingly great food and drinks). Having two beach chairs and an umbrella included was a fantastic bonus since we spend most of our time by the ocean.The kitchen was well-equipped with all the appliances we needed, which we especially appreciated since we love cooking the seafood we catch during our stay.One of the best parts? We could bring our fur baby! The pet-friendly setup was perfect, and the dog walk was just a few steps from our door.No stairs, no elevators—just easy access and pure relaxation. We’ve already rebooked twice and can’t wait to come back!casual?
