Spring break 2024
We had a great time. Wished the pool would have been open but was closed for repairs. Elevators were very busy but that was to be expected. The condo had a great view and plenty of room for the 6 of us. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were huge. Would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you

Great Condo

Everything about this condo was wonderful EXCEPT the elevator. The condo was very spacious and had such a beautiful view! Everything was as listed and communication with the owner was exceptional. The location was perfect. The only negative thing about this condo was the elevator. Only one elevator worked. We had to walk 18 flights 3 times in one day due to the elevator being full. On the day of checkout, two of us had to wait over an hour to be able to get our luggage to the vehicle. The rest of our party had to walk 18 flights. I understand this is not the owners fault and the condo was awesome however I would not have stayed there if I knew about the elevator situation prior to booking.

... bad luck with elevators, it happens anywjere, nothing to do with the Resort or Owner. ... if the elevators are out of my control, and I was good in simple words, why do I have such a low rate review? BTW, the elevators were in process of fixing and replacement with the state of the art technology for the season, which I contributed to more than $5000. BTW, the Guest left mess, including garbage bags, while trash chute does not require elevators (next to my door), which cost me extra. On bright side, I do understand people on vacation being relaxed, and as long as no damage, l hope to host you folks again.

PCB Overview
Property was very clean! Especially liked the corner condo--makes the living area seem bigger. 18th floor takes a little getting used to but was fantastic views of sunsets. Location fight on the beach cannot be beat. unfortunately had only one elevator working -- other under repair but due to be operational in mid April 2023. Door electronic key connection died but repair done expeditiously and courteously.

A slice of paradise!
We had a wonderful experience! This trip was our first family trip to the Gulf Coast. I wanted a place that would be fun for my teen kids but would be relaxing for my husband and me. I wanted beautiful views, comfortable beds, a well-appointee kitchen and peace and quiet. This slice of paradise delivered all that and more! Convenient, clean, hassle-free! The beach wasn’t crowded. The beach chairs offered with this condo were a huge benefit! Thank you! Gulf views were unmatched and being able to see the sunrise over the bay was a special bonus! That wrap around balcony was everything! Misha, thank you for sharing this wonderful piece of Heaven on Earth with us! I would go back today if I could! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Can’t beat the gulf
Enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for the families or multiple families with large bed and bathrooms. Elevator issues the first two days but fixed on Monday and no problems afterwards.

Hope to rent again in the future.!!
Loved the location, the beach views from the balcony, and my husband and son-in-laws loved being able to walk to the pier and do some fishing every day. It was bad luck on our part to have picked a week in which it rained the majority of the time. However, the condo still made it a very enjoyable stay for the whole family. We hope to be able to rent the unit again in the future!

Absolutely Stunning
I couldn't find a bad thing to say about this property. It was clean, the layout was perfect, the view was stunning. Plenty of sleeping room. Its located in the middle of the strip. It's nice and quiet, compared to other condos. When we arrived around 7pm, wasn't too sure where the condo was located, contacted Misha and he got ahold of us right away. Parking passes and wrist bands were right as soon you walk through the door. Thank you Misha for allowing us to visit your home! It is definitely going to be our first choice when visiting PCB.

Great value!
We had a great time at this property. It was spacious, there was room for everyone, and then some. The pool was awesome. It was only missing a hot tub. The only downside that comes to mind was the cleanliness. There was a used bandaid in the master bed, the vent behind the couch in the foyer was full of dust, and it didn't look like any of the furniture had been cleaned underneath (old sports drink bottles, etc). The wait for the elevators was reasonable. The view from the 18th floor was phenominal. The owner told us we didn't need to wear the condo wristbands, just keep them on our person, but we were told by staff a few times to put them on, but then we couldn't get them back off so we had to cut it off. Overall though, the property was great and we would definitely stay here again.

… it was very busy season and I was not able to travel due to Covid, and yes deep cleaning was postponed. I am really thankful for this feedback, so I know it and can now plan better for deep cleaning!

Beds need updated. The mattresses are terrible. The cleanliness was subpar and the condition of the unit is in need of drastic updates. The location is great and the view is amazing.

… I understood that 240 pound guests needed different mattresses and assisted with mitigation; I do not understand why cleaning and upgrades (still do not know what) were not communicated before this review, so I can consider an action as needed. The location was outstanding, the building was getting some work done but overall was a good experience. The condo itself needs some TLC. The furniture is different from the pictures and looks much like a Frat house, packed with couches and ‘too big’ furniture.

Plan J turned into a lovely stay!
Thanks to hurricane Sally, we had to change plans... AGAIN... we scrambled and lucked into finding Misha’s lovely condo! He was extremely accommodating with our last minute plans; literally the day before check in. The unit was very well kept! My only wish was for a slow cooker. Nothing like throwing stuff in a slow cooker in the morning, then coming in from the beach to dinner all ready for you. Other than that, it was perfect. Misha is the perfect host!

Great place for a great price.
My family and I booked this condo for Labor Day, it was 8 of us total plus my 15 month old daughter. There was plenty of room for all of us to be more than comfortable and plenty of comfortable places to sleep! The condo was very clean, and had tons of amenities you don’t get at other places! The owner allowed us to check in early, let us use their own floats, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. They also include the rental beach chairs for free. The owner was fast to email back, and very easy to work with on everything. Sterling Reef is also in a great spot and close to all the main attractions Panama City has to offer. We will for sure be booking with the same people again next year!

All around first class experience !
From the very beginning this was a very positive experience dealing with the owner. Outstanding communication and provided us with plenty of information before we even arrived. On the day of arrival it was the easiest check-in process I have ever experienced. The condo itself was incredible. Everything was spotless upon our arrival. The owner has provided a lot of extras which saved us from having to pack additional necessities. The condo is centrally located on the strip and within walking distance of many attractions. Another great surprise was to find that two of the beach chairs with an umbrella, which usually will run you $40 to $50 a day, is included with the condo!! It has been my experience with renting houses, condos etc via VRBO that these property owners take great pride in maintaining their second homes. This gentleman is no exception. without a doubt we will be returning to this location.

Relaxing Vacation
This condo was everything and more! The condo was clean and pleasingly decorated. There were so many extras included it made our stay that much more enjoyable. My favorite spot was THE BALCONY! The view, the relaxing sounds of the ocean, and the many sightings we had of dolphins, sting rays, and other schools of fish was spectacular. We will definitely return!

Thank you Misha for sharing your condo! My family had a wonderful stay. The size was perfect for us. It was so nice not to have to haul all of our beach stuff in the car. Everything we needed was already there! The view was fantastic! From the balcony was saw sting rays, a manate, dolphins and huge fish! We even think we saw a turtle. The condo was so quite we could not hear anyone above or beside us. Everything was well stocked for us. Misha is very easy to communicate with and quickly replied with any questions or concerns I had. We will definitely be back!

Amazing stay in PCB!!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sterling Reef resort unit 1801. The condo was well maintained and furnished and the owner was very easy to work with both before and during our stay. The views from the balcony are amazing, and we spent much of our evenings just sitting out there enjoying the sunset and listening to the waves on the beach. I don't have younger children, but the treasure box in the one bathroom had tons of sand toys, beach chairs, etc. everything you could want for a beach vacation. I highly recommend this condo for future vacations.

We love the Sterling Reef condos. Good location in the center of the strip. This condo was nice with plank floors, books, games, and rental beach chair. The owner is very pleasant to deal with. We did have a couple of issues totally outside of his control but we worked through it and had a great stay!

Wonderful condo, loved it!
We really enjoyed our stay in Misha’s family’s second home. It was very clean, roomy, well supplied, and comfortable. Perfect location on front beach rd. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Easy parking in and out. Pool was lovely and of course the beach was paradise!!! Misha was very responsive to all communications and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice condo, plenty of room and great view.
Great place to stay, prior to our arrival, we received a packet of information emailed to us with everything we needed to know. We have been going to Florida for many years and have rarely stayed in condo for this price and managed as well as Misha, the owner managed it. Next trip to PCB we will see if this unit is available. Great trip!
