Rushing Reef is a beautiful 3-bedroom 2-bath condo located at the Majestic Beach Towers! New to our rental program, this unit is conveniently located on the 3rd floor where the catwalk is located, eliminating the headache of elevator usage! With new updated stainless steel appliances in the kitchen (photos to come), there isn't more our guests could need to make their vacation a memorable one.

Enjoy ocean views from the main bedroom as well as access to the extended balcony. The main bedroom features a king bed in addition to a recliner. There is a private bathroom that boasts double vanities, a large jetted tub, and a walk-in shower. An extra vanity space and closet are available in the primary bedroom as well.

The second bedroom has a queen bed along with a medium-sized flat-screen TV. This bedroom is connected to the second bathroom that features a tub/shower combo and single vanity.

The third bedroom has a twin bunk bed and a personal TV.

The unit boasts a fully stocked kitchen, an ice maker, and upgraded cable on large flat-screen TVs! This particular layout will sleep 8 comfortably (with the usage of our sleeper sofa).

Majestic Beach Towers I & II are two of the most amenitized buildings on our coast. Featuring 650 feet of Gulf frontage, a market with Starbucks, three outdoor pools, two indoor pools, including a splash pool and waterfall, and two hot tubs. Majestic Beach Towers also features a 130-stadium seating movie/presentation theater, conference facilities, a fitness center with steam and sauna rooms, a poolside bistro, and bar with covered parking.
