We literally just got back today. And we are ready to go again! The location is perfect! The security guards were some of the nicest folks. My only complaint and it has nothing to do with the room…the rental chairs take up the entire front of the property! But other than that it was perfect!

The condo overall is nice. The living room is decorated nicely, and the floors are nice. The kitchen and both bathrooms could use some updating. We had a slight issue upon check-in, the condo had only partially been cleaned. Still had dishes in the dishwasher and the kitchen counters were dirty. The guest bath was not cleaned and the trashcan was in the shower. The guest beds were covered in sand, and there was a trash bag filled with towels on one of the beds. Once I contacted the property manager they eventually (a couple of hours later) sent someone to finish the job. Aside from that, the beds are terribly uncomfortable.The mattresses have no cushion what so ever. The dresser in the master bedroom has drawers that are broken and collapsing and the drawer handles fall off as soon as you touch them. All in all, the condo and the furnishings could use some TLC and upgrades. The balcony was awesome. Really nice table and chairs out there. Unfortunately, it rained and stormed everyday we were there, but that can't be avoided sometimes.

Our stay was amazing, the condo was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and the kitchen area was very well stocked with everything needed. We had a few questions for the condo owner and the rental company and they were very quick to respond. We will definitely rent here again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not much going on at this complex. Room, pool beach is pretty much it. The room was clean and in good repair. The pool was disappointing, 2/3's of the pool was 8ft deep but allowed no diving making it pretty useless. The part of the pool you could stand up in and use was pretty much the equivalent in size and depth to about an 18 foot aboveground pool.Complex is only 90 units so parking was always close and never had to wait on an elevator or hunt a luggage cart.For what it is it is good it is just not much.
