Wonderful Family Vacation

What a great week! We were here with my in-laws and 3 adult children. Plenty of space! . . and the large balcony overlooking the ocean is a game changer for sure! We will definitely book again.Thank you so much!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was surprisingly larger than we expected. Kids loved the pools and the beach was just a few steps away.

We had a great stay at T2 309 overall. The four-star rating is due to the indoor couches not being comfortable, the ice/water dispenser on the refrigerator not working, and the labels on the stove knobs being completely worn off. The balcony is very nice, but a couple of counter-height chairs would be great additions. Otherwise, the condo was very roomy and clean. Our party of six (three kids) enjoyed the week-long stay.

Perfect stay

Loved the location and the unit is beautiful. Very clean building with security that regularly patrols for wristbands and no drinking in the pool/close to the pool. Parking info was sent the day before to register the vehicles and we never had any issues finding a space. Love that you can drop off/unload on the 3rd floor and walk right over into the condo without waiting for elevators. Only issues-all mattresses/couches were very worn, making it difficult to get comfortable and the room w/2nd king gets very hot (fans were available but still noticably hotter). Overall wonderful stay and would highly recommend. We will be staying here again.

Beautiful condo, easy parking

Condo is beautifully decorated. We missed two things - having a closet full of beach gear available like in some other condos and a few more “sharables”. Some places we’ve stayed have had extra supplies like detergents, toilet paper, trash bags, zip loc bags, etc and we just replaced when we used the last one. Everything else was great!

Beautiful condo

Everything was beautiful and clean. My only complaint was the couches which were so soft as to be uncomfortable. We could barely get out of them. I understand its a rental but guests should be comfortable and I would stay here again if they replaced couches or at least the foam cushions. (also your toaster was pretty bad)

Very nice and awesome view!

The Majestic staff are super friendly and always cleaning and maintaining the facility. 3rd floor unit is super convenient for arival and departure that is also on 3rd floor. Condo is spacious clean and comfortable. Love the large corner unit balcony. Enjoyed indoor and outdoor pools. Fast elevators get you to lobby and steps to the ocean. Only complaint has nothing to do with the condo but the jet ski and chair rental company takes over 80% of the beach front. You have to claim your space before daybreak, rent their overpriced chairs or set up behind them. Eythelse about the place on was wonderful I would rent again.

Two different codes

The floors didn’t seem to be very clean because when walking on them barefooted our feet were very dirty looking. Also for the check in process, it was little confusing because I had an email with one code and a text with a different code. We figured out which code was correct but it was little frustrating at the beginning.

Majestic 309

The condo was beautiful, however we had so many issues. To start off when we tried to check in at 4, we were told that they had not even started cleaning the condo and that we could wait on the balcony until they were finished. We ended up having to clean the floors, countertops and fridge ourselves as they were still extremely dirty. The bunk room beds were dirty and we had to scrub the railings as they were black. The bedroom right off the entrance was so hot that it was unbearable and we were not able to sleep in it. The beds need replaced, it felt like they were split in half and were very uncomfortable. These are just some of the major issues we had. Aside from the condo, the location is perfect and the amenities were fantastic.

Worst condo I’ve rented from your company

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mattresses were so worn they had bad places in both large beds, ice maker didn’t work, roaches were found 4 times inside condo, AC didn’t work in back room during the entire stay. I called your company twice and no one was sent to check this. I will not be renting from you guys again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We paid extra money for a nice condo this year. When we got there the dryer did not work. I also read in the reviews that people had to dry things multiple times. I called and left a message with the rental office and never got a response. You can't shut the washer and dryer room doors. You have to listen to it. The toilet paper holder in the bathrooms are loose So the toilet paper falls off. The mattresses were awful, especially the room by the road. It has a huge dip in the mattress. Never seen anything like it completely hurts your back. The ice maker works but the door does not produce ice or water. You have to open the freezer door and take the whole thing out to get ice. The furniture on the balcony is dated and dangerously rusting could be a hazard for small children. The bedroom by the road is extremely warm. There is some kind of pool pump room or or something directly under it that is causing heat? The floor is hot to touch. In the back bedroom we turned the air down to 72. However you are still sweating back bedroom there with just a sheet.. The beachside bedroom also has some kind of board or something to repair the bed which also makes it awful to sleep on. On our last day, upon returning from Walmart from the grocery store, we were told that our parking pass expired that day and we still had one more day on it. Every time we went to pull in the parking garage someone was in the booth but they would wait about 5 minutes before they came out to help you and then we're not very friendly. When they set our parking pass it expired. We contacted security and they said that that was not correct that we still had another day. However, when we returned again from dinner that evening, we were told again that our parking pass was expired and in the red. We've stayed at majestic in the past and enjoy the condo complex. However, this was our first time in this one and for the money we were not happy at all. I would book on a different floor.

Perfect Vacation!

This condo was amazing! I was very worried about staying in a large resort, but this place made it feel very homey and comfortable for the week. It is the perfect location! Our groip had 10 condos throughout the resort and this one was the best by far! We will be returning and will only be staying in this condo if the owners will welcome us back! Thank you very much! Much needed vacation

We enjoyed our stay. Would recommend replacing the mattresses in both bedrooms as one side on each are very broken in to where it feels like you are sleeping on a separate bed, mine was very comfortable but had to roll up to get to my husband lol. Condo had everything we needed but if you want spices be sure you bring them. We always plan ours and bring them others may not. This condo is beautifully decorated and the views are amazing! Nice family trip

Our family of 7 stayed here for 5 days. The condo and our unit was great. The pools were nice and beach access was very easy. The location was also very good. We will plan to stay at the same location again in the future.

It is a nice place just needs a little maintenece.

The place was lovely. We enjoyed ourselves but there are a few things that need maintenence. The dryer needs to be addressed. It took us 2 or 3 times of drying our clothes before they were finally dry. The shower knob in the big master bathroom needs to be tightened. It is hard to get a good temperature because it is so loose. The kitchen could have been stocked a little better with things like hot pads and more dish towels.

Just as beautiful as it looks

We are PCB frequenters and while we have always stayed in The Majestic, we have never had a more lovely condo than this one! It is stunning with so much thought in every detail. It is too notch luxury right on the stunning Gulf. This corner unit also hosted a larger than normal balcony and the third floor primary access was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Property, Great Location

Wonderful unit. Was perfect for our family. The property was well appointed, very nicely decorated and we loved the location. The only negative for us was that the furniture was nearly impossible to sit on comfortably. The beds and main couch were very heavily used - with little to no support and very large gaps/sagging. Otherwise, a really nice place to stay.
