Great stay

Beautifully decorated condo in the best location on the beach. Perfect size for 2 adults and 2 teens. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants (Pier Park) was a bonus.

The perfect place to stay

I would highly recommend staying at Aqua 308. The location in the complex was perfect and my son loved the bunk room. It was a great size and overall a perfect stay.

Wonderful vacation location

Clean property with responsive owner. Right on the beach and very near to Pier Park. Couldn’t have had a better place to stay at for our vacation.

Great Location

We loved all the condo have had to offer. We choose this because of that outdoor furniture as we were out there most of the time as well as the easy access to the beach and pool

Amazing experience!!!

Everything went so smooth from booking to checking in, and the stay was great. The property was clean and fully stocked. The views from the balcony were amazing and the pool and beach access made our time there with our kids very easy.

Best Balcony!!

I booked this unit multiple times due to how nice the room and balcony furnishings are!!! Love the couch on the balcony for those post-beach naps!!

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. The condo is very nice. The view is amazing watching the sun come and sun go down. Watching the dolphins swim. We really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic beach vacation

If you have any doubts about this condo, don’t. Our stay was great. The location was perfect for us. Super close to Pier park. The condo was very clean and everything worked just fine. I would recommend this condo to anyone with kids. A+ from us!!

Perfect location and experience

Loved the well appointed condo. Clean and roomy and the location was incredible. Just less than half a mile to Pier Park and Runaway Island. We enjoyed the hot tub and loved having the reserved beach chairs. 3rd floor location was wonderful and elevators were fast. Would definitely book this condo again. Kitchen was well stocked and they had plenty of towels too.

We have stayed in at least a dozen or more condos in Aqua, and this was the nicest by far. Well kept, well equipped and clean! We will be back in the future!

Great condo for 4-5 People

Great location on 3rd floor near secondary elevator. Very clean and functional. Owner really put some thought to what renters want (door and curtain to bunk room/2nd bath, comfortable couch and chairs, big TV, etc). Would definitely stay in this one again!

We chose this condo because of the balcony & it did not disappoint. Condo lived up to the balcony!

Gorgeous views & a balcony you can live on! Condo had everything you could need. Balcony and condo furniture were comfortable and felt like what you would choose for a home. Condo was clean & had what we needed to enjoy our vacation.

Amazing condo!

We’ve stayed in several condos over the years, but my husband and I both agreed this was the best! Beautifully furnished and super clean! We felt we were in a luxury condo. Honestly can’t think of one thing I wished I had that this condo didn’t provide. Also super convenient to elevators and skywalk. I’m one of those who likes to try different places and condos each time, but I may have just found our regular vacay spot! Thank you for a great experience!

Fall break beach trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Aqua 308 was exactly as described, maybe even better if that is possible. The condo was beautiful, comfortable, and accommodating for our family. Being on the 3rd floor that connects directly to the parking garage is a huge advantage as well. Our only complaint has nothing to do with the condo itself but with the beach ramp at Aqua where you can take wagons, strollers, etc down, but ends in several steps. The ramp needs to be continued to the bottom.
