Last minute vacay

We have stayed at Aqua Vista 3 years in a row. Our first time in 204 West. So thankful it was another great stay! Love this end of the beach! Condo was cute and everything was just like the pictures! We will definitely be back!!

Needs Update

The location is very nice, the unit definitely needs some updating, and the beds are as hard as a rock and very springy ...The management company, on the other hand is an absolute joke .. i called at four o'clock and said I would be there at 5:05 and was told sorry, I locked the doors at five no matter what. And sure enough, when I pulled in at 5:03 the front door was locked . I was lucky enough to find a lady in the parking lot.That helped me checking.

Very loud elevator construction!

We were told two days before our arrival that the elevators would be out of service from 9am to 12pm on Mondayand Tuesday. That wasn’t the case. The noise from the elevator remodel was extremely loud and disruptive until about 4 yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon. I called and was told yesterday was the last day. Afterwards, I saw one of the construction workers and he confirmed they would be back today (Wednesday). That was when we decided to leave early. So, we left at 6:30 this morning. The elevator people were already getting there. If we had known about the truth about the elevator remodel before we would never have made the 6 hour trip. We have been coming to Aqua Vista since about 1995. For the last 3 or 4 years, there has been construction going on every time we were there. Don’t really understand why it can’t be done during the Fall and Winter months. We will not be coming back to Aqua Vista again!
