Guests can enjoy 11 community pools, sports courts including a free 18-hole putt-putt course, tennis courts and shuffleboard (all equipment for which are provided in the studio),  a fitness room, and private beach access with its own bathrooms and restaurant/snack bar. This gated community is an oasis of luxury! This second-floor condo includes a nicely-equipped full kitchen with a gas stove and a breakfast bar for two. This is in addition to a bistro table comfortable for two, a living area with a cable-equipped flat-screen TV, and a covered furnished balcony perfect for al fresco dining or just enjoying some fresh air off the Gulf.

Located within a short walking distance of the beach and a nearby shopping center, this gated community offers a fantastic home base for all your Panama City Beach adventures. Check out the owner's personal binder with their favorite stops and many family-friendly attractions such as WonderWorks, Ripley's Believe It or Not, and the M.B. Miller County Pier for superb fishing (all within a mile-and-a-half of your door). At the beach, you can splash in the warm Gulf waters, try your hand at parasailing or wave running, or simply grab the beach chairs to catch some rays or people watch.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
