The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We were just unaware that the property (Sunrise) was having construction that required closing of the pools on one side and crews going by our window in scaffolding.

Great Spring Break in Panama City

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Took some teenagers to PCB for Spring Break. Condo was perfect, hot tubs and pools were nice. Easy parking, clean, great security, no elevator issues. Close enough for the kids to walk to Pier Park in the evenings. Enjoyed the state park and shuttle service to Shell Island. Fishing with Capt. Anderson's head boat was just OK as well as the beach... but that is fishing. Overall, we will come back to this location.-- Mark Columbus, Ohio

Great property and great management staff

Just what we needed!

Our family has been through a lot the last few months so we decided to book a last minute trip for us to recoup, relax, and just reconnect as a family. This condo had everything we needed and was the perfect size for our family plus our nanny. We loved the view, the close proximity to not only the beach but to (really good) restaurants and pier park! We were able to walk to most of the places we visited which was wonderful. My kids loved the pools and the mushroom splash pad, my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub, and we all enjoyed using the reserved lounge chairs and umbrella on the beach. I hope we’re able to stay again in the future. Everything was perfect!

Condo was just as pictured, although the bunk room was smaller than expected. We didn’t need it for our stay so no big deal. The condo was clean, but could have used a little better mopping as one of our children took her shoes off and after walking around the condo for an hour the bottom of her feet where black. Remote was missing from master, but luckily the remote from the living room worked both areas. Overall the complex was centrally located to several restaurants and shopping, but some of the rules were a little over the top. One day/evening the pool was closed and we heard it was due to a chlorine issue. Girls got in trouble for playing with a ball in the pool even though no one besides my husband and myself were in the pool with them. Overall it was a beautiful view and an enjoyable vacation.
