  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Great place for our family

Will definitely be going back next year if available. This property is a great fit for our family & we can take our dog Jack. Plenty of room for everyone & nice complex . Short walk to beach & pool.

Family vaca

We had the absolute best time at the Gulf Highlands. We loved the location of this community and condo. We were close to everything. We brought our own, but the condo had chairs, towels, and a wagon to use. The kitchen was well stocked and the property manager was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

AMAZING PROPERTY

Everything was Amazing. From booking - checking in - cleanliness and location. We were just a few steps from the Beach. Walmart was just a couple minutes up the road. With all the amenities at the property ( miniture golf - tennis - swimming pools) - we were able to keep our small grandchildren busy. Gated community - everyone was very friendly. Definitly will be booking again for the next beach Trip.

Sweet and cozy condo

Such a sweet condo! Very cozy, lots of space, and so close to the beach. They also have extra chairs, floats, towels, and much more to accommodate. will definitely be back!

Overall the condo was excellent. The only drawback for me was the height of the bed in the downstairs bedroom. As I am quite short and my mobility is poor my husband had to help me into and out of the bed.
