AC Issues

Overall our stay was good. The room was clean. Every day when we came in from the beach the room was 85-87 degrees. The ac doesn’t reach the bedroom so they have 2 temp ac units in the room, but they are in the space for the tv in the bedroom.

THIS UNIT IS NOTHING AT ALL AS PICTURED!!! The furnishing were old and worn, the unit was dirty - including SEVERAL dead and nearly dead bugs, as well as some still alive. The A/C was not working and there were 2 portable ac type units set up (in a very unprofessional cheap looking way). There were so many issues with this unit!!! EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTING !! What a way to start our 48th wedding anniversary trip!! We have many photos which have already been sent in to Real Joy Vacations
