Spring break 24

The only thing i hated was the pool closing at 7p.m. The children was not able to enjoy the night time swim. Everything else was good. Some things need to be updated in this condo. The sofa was was very worn out. The tub needs to be replaced as well.

Fun in the sun

A really fun time staying here. The condo was clean and well stocked, with plenty to do on site. The pictures for the actual rooms needs to be updated, the furniture is different inside the condo and on the balcony. Still had a great time. The elevators are the only downfall. 4 out of 5 days one elevator did not work, and we had to walk up 13 flights of stairs. Also if your looking for a quite stay, this place was a big party, so would not recommend. The staff was kind, the drinks were amazing, and having a small store and a snack bar was wonderful. Overall 4.5/5 stars 🌟.

The Summit...

Only 2 of the 4 elevators worked the whole week. Sometimes taking up 30 minutes or more to get up to your floor. In a facility of this size, this is “RIDICULOUS” Individuals at the front desk were of “zero” help w/ any issue. I was told it was not their responsibility to report maintenance issues. Our room was severely outdated and the mattresses where as if sleeping on concrete w/ flat pillows. However, the room did adequately serve its purpose.

Fall break get away

Our condo was very clean and well maintained you can tell the owner really cared I’ve stayed in a few different condos at the summit and some are just falling apart with out of date decor and uncomfortable beds I was very pleased with this unit
