PCB Baseball Gateway

Traveled to PCB, Shores of Panama for an adult baseball tournament with two couples aged 30-55 in mid-February. Wonderful location. Great amenities. Condo was large and had plenty of room for two couples to fit comfortably and not feel crowded. Would recommend and would love to go back!

Cozy stay with a great view

For starters, our trip was at the end of December, when we could not use a number of amenities offered by the property. There is a $100 fee upon arrival for parking and RFID wristbands. For parking, Yellow-Blocked spaces in the lot are first-come-first-served, so you don't need to go up to the 11th floor if one is closer to the exit. Unrelated to the property, it was our first time using VRBO/Vacasa, and the check-in process wasn't exactly clear. We were given all the details of the stay (wifi password, door code, property address, but nothing explicitly that said "Check-In Here". The app also didn't seem to have that function. We now know to go to the information link provided in the text next time, and look for the check-in option. On to the condo... the only things I have to say remotely negative are the toiletries provided (soap, shampoo, conditioner), were not great, the main bed was a little too soft for my liking, and the sofa/chairs were not the most comfortable. The condo was very clean, with a lovely view. It met all of our needs, and we felt very comfortable in it. There was more than enough storage space, and the additional half-bath came in handy. We also didn't experience the volume of people using the elevators, cars going in and out of the parking lot, and the general noise level expected during peak season.

Clean room, great location. We went at a great time of year and the place wasn't packed with teens on spring or fall break. My only issue is a surprise 97 "fee" charge upon arrival, after my trip had been paid in full in advance.

We loved the room, view, pool were all great! Customer service was AWFUL, check in process was difficult, elevators were cramped crowded and extremely hot, and we waited sometimes up to 30 minutes for an elevator

Condo with a view

This condo was on the 22nd floor. We liked the view. The condo itself was nice and served its purpose of someplace to live for a week. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. We were there for the beach and the pool. Our main goal was to relax. Some of the amenities of the actual property made that challenging. Beware of the elevator...add extra time for waiting. When we were there the pool was dirty as well. Hopefully the property can get that fixed.

Family vacation

We stayed over the 4th of July holiday week so I understand it was busy but on average it took at least 30 minutes to get an elevator. They really need to add more elevators. If you plan on cooking at the condo be prepared to purchase extra stuff that is not provided. No kitchen table to sit at to eat or play games with your family. Parking garage is horrible and a tight squeeze especially if you have an SUV.
