Beautiful

Floor to ceiling windows give amazing views of the gulf. Large balcony, open on both ends so you don't get that boxed in feeling.Condo has some updates, which are great, but kitchen could a new dishwasher. I would definitely rent it again

Family Vacay

We have been staying at Longbeach for the past 4 years and have rented some amazing condos. The condo was clean, floors look great, linens were stocked well, and in tower 2 which provided great accessibility to beach and pools. The water pressure was great and felt clean after showering. The view of the beach is great from the rooms and balcony. However the condo does not have curtains behind the shades so it was bright sunlight in our room at 5:30 with a VERY FIRM mattress. The guest mattresses need to be replaced as well. Kitchen is very minimally stocked with supplies if you are planning on doing much cooking. All appliances are outdated, they work just outdated. There was no vaccum in the room either to help clean up sand from the beach, so therefore we had to sweep 3-4 times a day. Very random but there is no locks on any of the inside doors to bedrooms and bathrooms. One of the tv remotes was missing batteries. The unit doesn’t provide chairs but there was plenty of space on the beach to enjoy. This condo could be really great with a few updates and additions.
