Beautiful Grand Panama Tower 2 Unit!!

In our condo, located in tower 2, enjoy the updated luxury condo and amenities. With the beautiful emerald coast and white sands of Panama City Beach, our condo will act as a home away from home while you enjoy paradise.

This condo is a 1 bedroom that sleeps 6!

The master bedroom has a queen size bed.

The hallway is equipped with two twin size bunks.

The living room has a sleeper sofa.

This condo has 2 bathrooms, the master comes equipped with dual vanities and a walk in shower. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

This kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to cook meals just as you do at home.

Tower 2 is across the street from beach and comes with the ease of being on the beach, but a view of the whole strip itself.

Guest Registration is completed online prior to arrival. There is a $55 resort fee, which will include the guest registration, a parking pass for one vehicle as applicable and wristbands for the guests. The parking pass for a second vehicle is $35. Same for Motorcycles. Trailer parking is $55. Resort Pet Fee is $50 up to 7 days, $5 per day after. No pets over 25lbs.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

I was not happy with our host! I had tried to contact them 3 times before check in because I lost the parking info and needed assistance. Someone responded the morning after we checked in and got assistance from the desk clerks in the building. The staff at the desk were top notch! The host not!

Our room from first glance was as expected. In our contract, it stated that we would be charged 75 for a Roku remote if it was missing. There never was a Roku remote. There was no streaming services or cable. It was stuck on a country music channel. The freezer was leaking into the top shelf of the refrigerator. We messaged the host the first day and they sent someone next day. When the maintenance came, they could not figure out how to get the TV to work without a Roku and he could not find any Roku remote and never came with a replacement. So we were stuck the whole time with no TV. He said he fixed the refrigerator, but it kept leaking the whole time and ruined some of our food. In short, there was another issue with a leak in the master bath that was leaking into the unit below us. We had several maintenance people, managers, and owners of the unit below us coming in and out of our condo the whole time. We could not use our master bath for half the time. Never at one point did the host or property management team call to check on us which was the biggest issue for me then they tried to offer us a resolution of two free nights (which is a joke) and would not give it to us until after we did not review them, which is blackmail. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any property management or host. They clearly do not do what’s right for the customer and are not customer focused.

Family Vacation

We loved that we were so close to the beach and anything else we may have needed. With a family of 5 the full kicthen was a must. The washer and dryer were great given all the sand from the beach. The view from our patio was amazing. We definitely plan on returning.

Wasted money

On first day,whites were soaking in washer,which did not finish its cycle.Floors were sandy. Ice machine didn't work. Dishes were all chipped up. Closet had panel left off of it Don't waste your money on this place.Not enough pots and pans to cook a meal. Will never stay there again!

Unit still unmade from previous tenant

Checked in to unmade unit at 4pm had to call property Vrbo to get emergency cleaner to come and make up unit. Waited 1 hr when arrived at 5pm had to vacate unit for 2 hours checked back in 3 hrs after initial time to check in. All cables to tvs had been disconnected and after 30 min reinstalling hdmi cables every tv had been turned to Spanish. House keeper do a wonderful job. I checked in with my daughter who rented a unit in this tower, hers was a heck of a lot nicer and friendly unit than mine. She had all the cookware and dishes you could want. Mine had old chipped dishes and worn out cookware. Belt on dryer squeaked and needed replaced

Not what it appears

I could have done better staying at a Red Roof Inn based on the accommodations in this condo. The furniture was dated, outdated kitchen cabinets, the bathroom had damaged walls, the master bed and coverings were less than Walmart quality, the A/C system was loud, and lastly the picture of the ocean was just as it appears was not ocean front.

Nastiest hands down.

Dirty beds made up with the previous tenants, dirty sheets. No blankets at all. Room smells so nasty like human waste Bathroom walls has so much black mold they look like they’re rotting off Outside of shower, drywall rotted with black mold, and has holes in the wall No rugs for bathroom, kitchen or dining area. We were mostly concerned with stepping out of the tub and slipping. Dirty dishes in the cabinets. Obviously it was spaghetti. Refrigerator door filthy with fingerprints and dried food inside refrigerator. Hasn’t been wiped out in a few months. Not one single hand towel, and the entire unit one dishrag one dish towel. No pot holders for removing hot food from the oven. Floor so dirty your feet stick to it and your feet get filthy the bunkbed area, so dirty and filthy with feet prints colored stains on the wall and dirty sheets from the previous tenants. I wouldn’t let my dog sleep in there. TV has not worked for five out of the seven nights. We have been here. There are seven remote controls. No batteries and TV is scrambled. All of the curtains on the wall look like they are about to fall off if you touch them. If you go on Vrbo and look at this unit. The pictures it shows must be another unit because it is. I have nothing in those pictures that are in this room right now. Although the manager tried to help. I feel like she did not really care. Had to pay $50 mandatory parking fee with nowhere to park. We spent over $100 on cleaning supplies spent night in

This is what we experienced when we arrived: - Sheets dirty in living room and master bedroom TO INCLUDE BLOOD STAINS AND SAND ON BUNK BED SHEETS FOR KIDS - Caked on mold on bathroom walls which was detrimental to my wife's auto-immune - Washer smoked with a small load and caused a permanent smoky smell in our clothes A very dirty and uncomfortable appearance and experience which deserves some type of compensation.
