Great location

Upon arrival, the checkin process went great. Friendly staff and very organized. The biggest with the condo building were the elevators. There were two of the three nights I stayed and the elevators took almost 25 minutes before I was able to get up to my room. Not sure if there were maintenance issues with the elevator system but it was unacceptable. The only other issue I had was the condo unit itself. The bed was awful! Very uncomfortable. The mattress was almost caved in the middle which made for three terrible nights sleep. I highly suggest the owner invest in a new mattress of better quality. Other than that, the condo was clean and I had an amazing view of the fireworks displayed at the pier.

Disappointed

This trip was for our anniversary. While the amenities at the property were what I expected and the room was as advertised, I was very dissapointed upon check in that each day there was a new "discovery" to dampen our time. Bed was terrible. A hump in the middle of bed and the sides were worn down. Each night I felt like I was rolling towards the edge and I woke up hurting from the broken down mattress. BIG, BIG issue - elevators. Upon arrival, we were being told to be prepared to wait! Wait, we did. Not all elevators were functional and it sounds like this is not a temporary problem, according to those who have stayed here more than once. We most likely will not be back and won't be recommending to others to stay. I took pictures of the problem areas in out room, but will spare you those details at this time.
