The Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida, will be undergoing exterior renovations starting in August 2025 and are expected to be completed by April 2026. This project is a pre-planned renovation by the Home Owners’ Association and its management which includes repairs to balconies and building exteriors. Guests may experience disruptions, including noise associated with the renovation, limited access to some areas and pools, and temporary changes to entryways. Beach access and condo entry will remain available throughout the project. Rates have been reduced for the renovation period.

During the month of March, there is no alcohol allowed on the sandy beach; however, alcohol is allowed at the pool areas. The City of Panama City Beach typically restricts beach access during the month of March from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

YOUR REQUESTED NUMBER OF CAR PASSES WILL BE IN THE CONDO ON THE DATE OF CHECK IN. YOU WILL RECEIVE EMAIL NOTIFICATION WITH YOUR DOOR CODE AND ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY SENT TO YOUR PERSONAL EMAIL ADDRESSS

The door code email is sent to the guest's personal email address used when booking the condo. There are (8) pool bands in the condo. Internet instructions and contact information are posted in the condo. Parking is located in front of the tower.

This condo has key-less entry. Two beach chairs with an umbrella are included in the rental March 01 through October 31, 2026.

This 3- bedroom condo has been completely remodeled for 2025 and you will absolutely love it! Located on the 6th floor of Tower 2, this condo is a sophisticated slice of coastal life at the beach. This condo has undergone a complete remodel for 2025. Completely new kitchen with new cabinets, countertops and flooring, The condo has been completely repainted and has all new millwork and new cabinetry, stunning quartz surfaces, high quality stainless appliances, sleek fixtures. There is a new coffee bar with shelving and granite counters. There is a Keurig and an automatic drip coffee maker at the coffee bar. All the bathrooms have dual sinks and granite countertops as well.

This condo includes two master suites with walk-in showers. There is also a guest room with two queen beds. The condo can accommodate up to 8 guests. This condo has flat screen TVs in every room. YOU WILL LOVE IT!

The primary suite has a king sized bed, adjacent bath with walk-in shower and balcony access.

The second bedroom has two queen beds, an adjacent full bath with tub/shower combination and balcony access.

The third bedroom has a king bed, adjacent bath with walk-in shower and dual sinks and a private balcony with two deck chairs and an accent table.

There are charcoal grills on the property located at the east end of Tower 1 and the west end of Tower 4.

The living room has a sofa, love seat and two swivel chairs. The dining area has seating for 6 and the breakfast bar has seating for two.

The extra large balcony has an outdoor table with seating for 4 and two highboy chairs with accent table.

Long Beach Resort is located in the heart of Panama City Beach. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment are within walking distance, or a short drive away. The property has two heated swimming pools and a large lagoon pool complete with islands and waterfalls. There is a hot tub adjacent to each pool. Long Beach can honestly boast about one of the widest beach expanses of any resort around. You will never feel crowded on our beach. Spring through fall.
