Property wide construction to infrastructure. Noisy work during daytime includes jackhammers and large equipment such as excavators, etc. There are no planned closures of amenities or water shut offs, and there will always be at least 1 entry/exit open during the entire project. Steer clear of the east retention pond and DO NOT attempt to cross the wood foot bridge to the island as this is where much of the pond work will take place.

Enjoy the beautiful ambience of the Gulf of Mexico from this comfortable Horizon South condo. Horizon South is located on the coveted west end of Panama City Beach, a short walk across the street from where you can access the private Emerald Coast beach. Choose from four large pools and hot tubs, or head to the children's pool with your younger guests. Challenge your friends in the mini-golf area or over on the tennis and basketball courts. Inside the clubhouse, you can access an exercise room and pool tables for when you're craving a little friendly competition.

You'll feel right at home in this bright condo with its coastal decor and comfortable furnishings. Prepare intricate meals in the well-equipped, galley kitchen and then gather at the attached breakfast bar or the adjacent dining table - perfect for rainy day board games with the whole family.

After meals, this vacation rental offers a comfortable living area with a sofa bed and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels (using your own accounts). You’ll also find a washer/dryer to let you pack light and keep your bathing suits and towels bright and clean.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The only problem was we couldn't find the property. The listing says 8-4a and there isn't one. It 8-A4 and the people at Horizon South said it was 84 a and we went round and round to find it. But once we did it was all good!
