Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this is a beautiful and quiet home. A 10 minute walk to the beach is worth the isolation the house provides. The pool is very nice! The house could use some sprucing up - rugs need to be replaced, seat cushions are stained and don’t quite fit the chairs, the outdoor grill needs a little maintenance, etc. Nothing that significantly impacts the use or enjoyment of the house.Renting through 30A Luxury Vacations is simple.. they are responsive and caring. The house was ready when promised and was thoroughly cleaned and prepped. The Rosemary Beach community is nearby with lots of shopping and restaurants to enjoy. Overall, we love the house and the area and look forward to returning!

The home was clean and well laid out for a large group, and the pool was relaxing and well-maintained. The mgmt. company was the most responsive we've experienced along 30A. They sent someone out within the hour to address the couple of small issues we experienced. I have recommended this home to friends and would definitely stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 4th time to vacation at Rosemary and have been pleased with all homes however Butterfly cottage is our favorite to date. Perfect for our family with grown children and spouses and grandchildren who loved the top floor!The kitchen was incredibly well stocked and had plenty of storage space. The outside area is wonderful and spacious and perfect for outside dinners.The pool was a huge bonus. Never even went to the convenient cabana pool with this at our back door. I recommend having it heated. It was never hot just a comfortable temperature.I would book this home over and over for future trips to Rosemary.

Why remove necessary information from texts prior to departure?

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were NOT impressed with this property bc of the pool. Upon our arrival the pool was dark, dark green with algae growing on the bottom. And leaves on bottom and top. Staff said- that's the natural color. I didn't want to spend 1 sec managing a pool on vaca. a few days later a pool guy came by and was shocked at the pool. He said it had not been treated all winter. He was going to have to shock it to get all the green algae off the bottom and for us not to swim in it for 48 hours. I sent photos to 30A. One rep said yes, it's bad. we will reach out regarding compensation. Heard from manager today and she stood by - that's how the pool is statement. I was shocked- didn't you see the photos. She obviously was saying something some one had told her to say to keep them 'off' of the hook for the green algae infested pool. Houses with a pool are a premium. i would NOT rent this house.... poor service. 2 of the 3 fireplaces never worked AFTER service people spent 2 days working on them. And light switch fell right out of the wall. This property is NOT well maintained.
