The condo was amazing so clean.

We all had the best time look forward to next year same time. The condo was so clean and big so much room. Very nice my family was very happy. Thank you theLeonard family and Buchanan family .

Nice and clean, but some things were broken

When we arrived the condo was clean. The property manager was nice enough to let us enter the property early as long as the cleaner was.done cleaning. The location was awesome and the pool for the condo was great for our family. We enjoyed being able to go to the beach and/or the pool. There were a few items that were broken that made me wonder if they had been broken for a while. The shower handle in one of the bathrooms was broken. The tabletop on balcony outside was broken. And the control on the jetted tub in tbe master bathroom was also broken.

Amazing vacation!

We have stayed at Hidden Dunes before and love the large units and balcony. Always clean and well kept and located on a nice quiet section of the beach. We enjoyed relaxing poolside and walking the beach. The only complaint is that prior to our arrival we inquired if there was still a hot tub on the balcony as shown in the pictures. It was confirmed there was a hot tub. Although, upon arrival the hot tub was empty. We did inquire if we could fill it and we were told "I think that would be perfectly fine". We tried to fill it and the water stayed on for a few moments and then stopped running--being unfamiliar we did not want to try again. We have stayed at numerous other places with hot tubs and the hot tub was always filled, warm and ready to go upon arrival. We could have followed up with this more but that is not us. All in all, we had an amazing time.

Great get away

The condo is very big and comfortable . In master bathroom-commode had mold, the light and exhaust fan had lent inside it. Needs brighter lights. Carpet under dinning room table very dirty on the edges. The bedroom with two beds the tub had trouble draining, so it was not used. The comforter on the king size bed had spots on it. We called and gave a lady the list of problem areas, she said someone would be over. Never saw anyone and no one came the entire week. I paid a cleaning fee and expected it to be clean.

Overall a great vacation but disappointed w/ECDI and room

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo wasn't ready at check in. The two cleaners were working as fast as possible but needed add'l help. They did their best and this wasn't their fault. They should've had extra help and we gave both cash for their hard work! It was extremely hot and we had all our groceries delivered so this was a huge inconvenience. We were told day of that early check in ECDI offered was not an option. No problem but weren't told we couldn't check in at regular time. We spent the first hour cleaning. The handle in the shower was broken off in guest bath so there was no way the shower was cleaned due to no water. Dirty pillow and dirty kitchen/bath towels left in master. Lots of trash/debris under beds and floors. Freezer frozen up with ice and leaking in kitchen floor. Ice maker and water dispenser were disgusting and covered in black mold!! Kitchen counters, stove, microwave, and fridge were dirty. We had no kitchen towels or rags. Dirty dishes in cabinets visibly soiled with food/grease. I did call immediately to report shower and fridge right away. Made a second call requesting dish towel and rag but those were never during trip. A kind repairman came Monday and fixed shower faucet and another came Tuesday and repaired fridge. We kept towels in kitchen floor to contain leak and were down a shower for 1st 3 days which was very inconvenient for party of 6. Plenty of dishes/utensils but few items to cook a meal. The w/d are extremely loud and can't be ran at night. Beautiful view and room is a great space but certainly needs cleaning and updating of supplies. Building and pool are great! Elevators were slow this trip and down a few times. This is our 3rd time at Hidden Dunes and w/ECDI and we love HD but disappointed with ECDI and the room this time.

Nice location but lacks other

The location was great for us. Close to restaurants and stores. At first glance the condo was very nice but was not cleaned well after the previous renters. We encountered crumbs on the counters and floors. Trash and dust under the couch and beds. As well as used sleep masks under beds. The condo needs new area rugs because the ones in there are extremely dirty. Most importantly the communication with the property manager was horrible! The condo was supposed to have 2 rolling twin beds but did not. I immediately contacted them hoping to get them before night time but I got no response. The next day I received a response saying “what are the beds doing?” They are missing!! On the 3rd day we finally received 1 rollaway bed but never got an explanation on the other one. This condo did not have enough towels to accommodate every one and the washer and dryer did not work well to keep them clean. The condo had multiple issues with the elevator with only 1 working with 19 floors. The 2nd elevator broke several times during our stay and when we left we had to carry our stuff down 7 floors. Overall there are several things that need fixed but it is a large condo and has great potential with a new property manager and maintenance dept. Check in was easy and beach front so that’s great. These little things matter when little kids are involved. We had 5 kids and 4 adults.

Memorial Day

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a week and arrived on Memorial Day weekend. The unit is huge. Probably the largest we’ve seen in PCB especially for the price. The building is older but small so the pool and beach was never overly crowded with was nice. Unfortunately the AC was not working for the first 3 days of our stay so we had to keep all the curtains drawn and go purchase fans (out of our own pocket) to keep it livable. It was a holiday weekend so we didn’t get a response until Tuesday (we arrived on Saturday). I was told to contact our property manager to address our concerns but I received so many emails and text messages from different sources, none of which identified themselves as the property manager, I couldn’t figure out who to contact. Luckily building maintenance arrived Tuesday afternoon. I do wish it was easier to figure out who to contact and that our first 3 days in the unit weren’t so uncomfortable because once the AC was working the unit is great! A little dated but for the price it was about as expected.

November beach trip

We had a lovely stay. The condo was perfect for three adults - each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom. The condo was quiet and the grounds and beach weren’t crowded. November is a great time of year to go!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was beautiful, very accommodating for our group. However, EDCI did not respond to our issues in the unit, I made several phone calls with no follow up regarding my concerns. We were there for 18 days without any maintenance personal to fix broken items. Three days before we were scheduled to leave, two ladies opened our door ready to come in. They excused themselves when they saw my husband in living room. It was very unsettling.

Beautiful condo

Love the location of the condo. It’s right off right out of the elevator spacious only thing is the bathroom to the right when you come into the condo needs the commode replaced and the bed needs a new mattress. But other than that, love the condo love the location easy access to the pool and the beach would stay there again.

Honest Horrible Review

Do Not Be Fooled by the photos or other reviews!!! This place was DIRTY. We spent the first day of our trip cleaning. Every room!! Vacuum cleaner was absolutely gross. One of the toilet seats was split in half. Garbage disposal quit and smelled like an electric issue. Towels were wet - not damp. There was not a complete set for 6 people. Kitchen was NOT cooking adequate. I called rental management office first thing on Monday morning. No one ever came. I called again on Friday before we left to insure we were not charged for toilet seat or garbage disposal. This place is not cheap. Do not spend your money staying here.

This is our second time booking with Emerald Coast Destinations and we have been extremely pleased both times in different units! We love Hidden Dunes resort and will be back. Everything was lovely and communication was excellent! This is a beautiful and well-appointed unit. We found everything we needed to make this an enjoyable and comfortable vacation. We loved it. :)

Vacation

The condo is beautiful.We loved the view from the balcony and the kitchen is well appointed. There were a couple of issues, one being bathroom cleanliness. The toilet in the bedroom with double beds was not clean and there was a significant amount of dust under the beds. The master bedroom toilet has a problem which needs attention. The profile information listed a roll away bed which was not available in the unit. We contacted the host and front desk about the rollaway bed but never received it which was a big disappointment. Other than these issues, we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Condo but...

The Condo is Beautiful but needs a thoroughly cleaning. After walking in the kitchen upon arrival our feet were black. Also looks like the dirt was swept under the rugs. My bedding smelt like urine so I had to wash them. I think they were put on the bed damp also the towels. I don't think they run the dryer right. The property & pool were beautiful and there were no kids partying (Spring Break) which they monitor. There were no wrist bands but found out later they no longer were required. No complementary beach chairs because the unit didn't pay to update usage, so we paid extra out of pocket for the first 2 days. Contacted the manager and it was then paid. The toilet clogged on the first day there were 3 plungers but they were cheap and didn't work. We had to use one of the other toilets. We contacted the manager and they sent out a maintenance but we were able to unplug it before they arrive. Then the flapper wasn't working right and the toilet ran after flushing. I needed a relaxing stay but it seemed there something was always wrong. This is a Beautiful Condo but unless things are changed in the way it's cleaned and managed it will continue to get more worn.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was absolutely gorgeous and clean. 3 large bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Huge balcony. Everything to cook and clean with was there. Stated beach chairs were included but they were not so we had to pay $50/day for them and even after calling every day, ECDI did not refund us like they offered to nor call us back like promised.

SPECTACULAR VIEW!!!!

When we opened the door we immediately saw the gulf, every day of vacation we were so appreciative of the view.The condo is exactly as beautiful as the pictures. It was clean and comfortable.Check in was super easy.The full sized washer and dryer was great for washing beach towels.We would definitely stay in 703 again!

Our stay @ Hidden Dunes was very enjoyable. The place is just what we needed for our family of 8. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Minor updates wouldn't hurt but wasn't anything major to us. Would like to have the opportunity to stay again. The check in process was so easy and went without a hitch. By far our top favorite condo!
