“Rosemary Style” Beach cottage, in the heart of Panama City Beach. This cozy beach home is located just 700 feet, from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. We are a 2-3 minute walk to the beach and 30 seconds to our community pool. Be on the beach faster than waiting for the elevator at a hotel!
We are on the quiet side of Thomas Drive, with deeded beach access away from the busy condos. Avoid the overcrowded hotel beaches, parking decks and elevators. No pool or parking passes needed here! In fact, our beach access is located in a natural area that has not been developed with hotels, only homes. It’s like having your own private beach. Walk to family activities such as Emerald Falls golf, go-karts, bumper boats and bungee. Also, a short walk to many great places for dining and nightlife such as Hammerhead Fred’s, Neon’s, Bricks & Barley, Ms. Newby’s, Pineapple Willies, Capt'n Jacks, Liza's, Finn's Surf Shak. Take a 5 minute drive down Joan Ave, to see attractions such as Wonderworks, Ripley's and Zoo World. Spend a fun day at Pier Park located 10-15 minutes away. On Thomas drive visit Captain Anderson's Marina, and Schooners Beach dining. Join Mr.Surf's Board club to rent paddle boards, surfboards and extra bikes.
The upstairs kitchen,living, and dining areas are completely spacious and open. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, with a granite bar top for extra dining. The dining area has room for seven to sit comfortably. The living area is furnished with a sofa and 3 comfy chairs. A 55 inch Smart TV can be seen from all areas, for viewing of Netflix, Amazon, etc. Open the french doors to the balcony and let the fresh breezes in. Enjoy ocean views while having your morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening. Dine on the balcony, while watching your favorite show or game.
The three bedrooms are all spacious, with their own ceiling fans and private bathrooms. All bedrooms have luxurious 400 thread count sheets and upscale bedding. The master bedroom has a King bed and exterior door that leads to the front porch areas. Across from the master bedroom is a kid friendly room with a Queen bed. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and is located on the top floor, along with the kitchen, living areas.
After a fun day at the beach, cool off in the community pool, which is shared by only 7 other homes. Rinse off at your own outdoor shower. Fire up the gas grill and throw some shrimp on the barbie! Enjoy hanging out in the outdoor areas around the home. Our courtyard area has been sanded and planted with tropical plants, just to give another area to relax in.
The house is stocked with everything you need. You won't be running to the store for incidental items. We have it all... blender, wine opener, grill utensils, fondue pot, books, games, dvds ,etc.
What makes our home different than the other homes in our community? This is our personal vacation home too, so no details have been missed.
