Not too shabby

Plenty of space, large walk in closet,great water pressure and hot water, good shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles provided, nice chairs on the balcony although they are a bit short to see over, ceiling fans, nice floors

Great Place

I loved the condo and the location. Some of the light fixtures weren't covered. The only inconvenience though, was that the curtain rods were not secure. Opening the curtains often resulted in the curtains falling off the wall. On a positive note, I really enjoyed the view of the amusement park from my balcony. I loved watching people ride those slingshot rides.

Not as nice as the pics show it to be

PROS: quiet location, gated community, self check-in, full kitchen, washer/dryer, nice wood furniture, large balcony, sufficient dishes, utensils, pans, nice pool, lagoon & walking areas. CONS: gnat/ biting fly infestation, intrusive housekeeping, balcony had not been cleaned, all the windows are stained on inside and not easy to see out of, the furniture was very dirty, I wiped down all the furniture, and I removed a full dust pan of sand & debris, there were zero wash cloths, zero dish cloths, hot water in shower only lasts for about 5 mins, then it's freezing cold, exhaust fan squeals and is not functional, bathtub has an insert and is very narrow in the middle and difficult to stand in, couch and carpet stained, and several worn spots, dryer buzzer is very loud and very annoying, when washer spins it sounds like the lid is clanging really loud and is very annoying, there was a hair ball in the freezer and hair in kitchen drawers, the house keeper brought me a roll of t.p. that had a brown stain and a blue stain on it, and the worst thing of all was a live cockroach in the livingroom and a dead one in kitchen drawer.

Never again

I was in constant communication with VRBO. It took over 90 minutes to get a keypad code that would work. It was 85+ degrees, which I was not dressed for. There were no bath towels wash cloths. It appeared as if there was only one garbage can, in the bathroom. I found one off the kitchen, but it did not have a trash bag. There was no ice tray in the refrigerator. Fortunately, I had a beach towel that I used instead. I left Monday afternoon to visit friends in Alabama. I sent a message on Tuesday, requesting the missing items. I gave them permission to enter the room. When I returned on Wednesday nothing had changed. Then there were the roaches. A lot of roaches. I have video and photographic evidence. I have photos of my one garbage bag, and the stained sheets that were on the bed. I discovered how nasty they were when I stripped the bed this morning. I have copies of all the messages between Vacasa and myself. The only follow up was a voicemail saying that there was a washer and dryer in the unit. Internet was extremely slow. Television channels were limited. 3 of the chairs on the balcony were tattered and needed towels placed on them in order to use them. I could go on, but frankly, I am simply tired of dealing with it all. It was a horrible 12 days spent out of the unit as much as possible. I respectfully requested a partial refund for the challenges I faced. No reply. The only people that I spoke to/chatted with all responded with scripted answers. I eventually asked them

Comfortable Bed..Gated..Safe place to stay. Fairly clean!

We enjoyed our stay, but there needs to be information available in condo concerning the pool, beach, dock. We never did find the private beach. I will say the landlord did reply promptly to any questions. It is Located on the quiet part of the beach.

Great economical place to stay!

This unit was surprisingly clean and furnished nicely. There is a lot of night noise as a unit faces the street. Pool and that area was always clean. The oven unfortunately did not work nor did the turntable in the microwave. The washer and dryer are older and the dryer takes a long time to dry towels. The bed slept very well and everything else worked great good family place to stay.

The property was in a great location, easy access to a lot of entertainment within walking distance. How ever, I was not happy that the pull out couch is in bad condition,I mean is useless! all you feel is the springs. They did have an inflatable matress ....furniture it very worn out . I tried using the thicker blankets they had in the closet for my kids bc they did get cold at night, but they smelled used..I was glad I had brought one of my own. Also we did encounter a few extra guests... (roaches) which made me paranoid bc they are my phobia....the whole property was clean and gated except right under this building , there is a restaurant below and had a nasty mess outback which you can see and smell if you are in this building.. I think. That should be reported to the city or the health department..idk.. 🤔 also there is no "live" TV. So no news if you are one to watch t.v we used an app.. and the other t.v in the room is an antique so yeah. I mean I am not trying to be rude ,I did like the place just needs an upgrade! I would give it a 6.5

My stay for vacation 7-2021

Loved the area, had no problem locating anything, felt the room could have been better cleaned, bed was comfortable, tv worked fine in living room, bedroom was older needs upgrade on furniture etc. Parking became an issue after 2nd day because non guest in way, in all our stay was joyful and would stay again. Thank you

Horrid don’t go !

It was awful.Stains everywhere on carpet /walls/furniture.Roaches ,nats,unclean surfaces and an awful smell that lingered .They should not be allowed to list this property in this condition and it’s so unclean .We left early and left it cleaner than found .Awful experience that cut our trip short .

Inn at Thomas square.

The best part was the beach was right across the street.It was a matter of minutes.I Also like that it was not too far from the things our family wanted to do.

we had a stranger walk in who had the door code and the next day another tried to get in but the deadbolt was on. and he left. we saw roaches. carpet was stained pretty bad and street noise was bad in the bedroom. needs some attention.

Ok for the price... needs some updating

Love the check in process. Codes to get in. Someone did try to get in also at midnight. They claim they also had a reservation for the weekend. But they had a different code, I think it was young kids trying to use a previous code! Of course since I’m a carrying permit law abiding citizen as I opened the door with my holster weapon they quickly left and said they would call the rental company after showing me the email they had on their phone.....

Great stay

We really enjoyed the room very clean and has everything you need for a few days . The location is wonderful, just a short walk across the street to the beach:) and anything you could think of doing. Shopping, food, ice cream shop, convenient store.
