  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Edgewater itsself has went downhill since our last stay in 2013. Our condo we stayed in could use some updating. Living room furnitue nit comfortable and tub was scracted up and old made it feel dirty eventhough it was clean.

Edgewater … a wonderful destination for our anniversary!

The condo itself was very nice and spacious for the two of us. The views from the balcony and bedroom were exceptional. The management company “Southern Rental” maintained constant contact and very responsive to a couple of minor concerns which popped up and they corrected the issues immediately. The facilities on sight far exceeded their competitors. We will definitely be back.

Love February in Florida

This condo was very nice. Only complaint is carpet needs to go. Just vacuuming powder in doesn't help. Actually, made it smell worse. Would have gone again this year but price increased dramatically for no reason. Found another cheaper in Tower 2

Perfect!

The property was just as it appeared in the pictures. There was a short time the water was off but was an issue within the building. We received quick responses from the management. The only problem we had, which was really not a problem, was the vacuum in the unit didn't work and there was no broom.
