  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Nice place

This is a very nice place although the dishwasher "acted up" a couple of times. However, there was good responses from management. Would definitely stay again.

The most relaxing trip

We’ve been going to Panama City for about 25 years now and have stayed at lots of places I have to give this place a five star for cleanliness Everything was perfect. Even the bed was wonderful. It was so comfortable. It was hard to get out of bed some mornings! The couches were comfortable. Our view of the sunset was beautiful being able to use beach chairs free was wonderful. We saved a lot of money by not having to pay for the rentals. Everything about this place was perfect. we will definitely be going back next year. I will say it would be perfect for four people also because it has two full bathrooms. There’s lots of room in the condo! We never needed to contact Southern living for anything during our stay. Everything was just perfect.!! Thank you for making everything wonderful

Mother daughter weekend

My daughter graduated college and I wanted to take her on a beach get away trip before she started her new job. I chosen this location for all the options. Several pools, hot tubs, restaurants and bars on location. We didnt have to leave. I also felt safe. Everyone who works Edgewater was courteous and helpful. The property rental company who manages the location can be reached 24/7 and they are answer right when you call. I will keep this place in my to go back list and also recommend to my mom friends.
