Beach days, shared pool and elevator

Spend your days on the sand and your evenings together at 105B DeLuna. This four-bedroom townhome on the west end of Panama City Beach pairs nearby beach access with a shared community pool, private balconies and an elevator serving the home's levels. Three king bedrooms and a separate bunk room give a group of up to 12 guests space to settle in.

Start the morning with coffee on the living-room balcony, which looks into the townhouse complex, then gather around the breakfast bar to plan the day. The second floor connects the kitchen, dining area and living room so meals and downtime can happen together. Stainless-steel appliances, a Keurig and a traditional drip coffee maker make it easy to prepare breakfast before heading out or dinner after the beach.

A king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom sits just off the kitchen on the second floor. Upstairs, two more king bedrooms each have an ensuite bathroom; the primary bedroom also opens onto its own balcony overlooking the complex. The fourth bedroom has four full-size mattresses arranged in two built-in full-over-full bunk beds and uses the hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Maximum occupancy is 12 guests.

The entrance and three-car garage are on the first floor, with an elevator and interior stairs connecting the home. Garage size is separate from the current parking allowance listed below. Between beach outings, enjoy the shared community pool or relax back at the townhome. Beach-chair and umbrella rentals are available separately through the beach vendor.

• Check-in is 4:30 PM and checkout is 9:00 AM, Central Time.
• Parking is limited to two standard-size vehicles. No overflow or off-site parking is provided.
• The pool is shared with the townhouse community. Follow the current posted pool rules and operating hours.
• A starter supply of essential household items is provided. Guests should plan to purchase additional supplies needed during their stay.
• Pets and smoking are not permitted. Smoking restrictions include balconies and pool areas.
• No RVs, trailers, watercraft or large vans are permitted.
• A signed rental agreement is required. Please review the agreement and booking terms for applicable charges and policies.
