Great Stay!

This property was perfect for our beach trip! We had a few minor maintenance issues but they were addressed and fixed almost immediately! The property managers were super helpful and the entire complex was great! We will definitely be back!

Great Stay Right on the Beach!

We had a great experience in this unit. The balcony has a wonderful view to watch the sunsets, bedrooms are spacious, and you are an elevator ride away from the beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Beautiful home away from home.

My family and friends loved our time in this beautiful condo. The entire property is very well kept. Staff is friendly. 2/3 pools are heated. Fun game room. 10/10 recommend.

Perfect family vacation

We loved the condo. It has amazing views and has become our favorite of all we have stayed in before at Emerald Beach. It was spacious and beautifully decorated. The balcony was also spacious with plenty of seating. We loved having breakfast out there in the mornings. Will definitely stay here again! We go every year and have found our new home away from home!

Gorgeous View

This is the second time we’ve stayed here but first time on the top floor. Love the layouts of the condos and we seen lots of marine life. Remember to bring binoculars.

Overall good experience. Waiting 20+ minutes on elevators daily to get to and from the beach or parking garage was rough, but the property and environment itself was great.

Can't Wait to Go Back!

The location was perfect. It was larger than other condos we have stayed in. I'm assuming because it's a penthouse. I loved how big the kitchen was and all of the beach accessories they provided. The beds were also extremely comfortable. We are already planning our next trip back!

Amazing Views

We enjoyed our stay. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying beautiful views. The living room door to the balcony is very hard to open. We just used the bedroom door instead. Overall wonderful stay!

Summer fun

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and inviting. I loved all the decor and how spacious it was. Location was right in the middle of all the action. My kids walked across the street and enjoyed Alvins Island and some golf. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Family trip

Nice property. Stayed June 2023. Great veiw and quiet unit with it being on the top floor. Kids loved the bunk beds. The only thing i would fix is the internet doesn't have good rang so the tv in the front bedroom won't connect. Didn't matter much cuz we weren't in the room much. Would definitely stay again had a great trip.

Roomy and Well Equipped Condo

We have stayed at both sides of this resort before and really enjoyed this condo. Lovely decor, comfy beds with additional blankets if needed. The kitchen was large, had a great shelved pantry and was well equipped with pots, pans, bakeware, plates, cups and cooking utensils. Lovely view from master window and balcony with large table for four and a chaise. Communication was very complete and easy to follow. Any questions we had answered quickly. I liked how close the elevator it was and away from the path of other rooms.
