Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was clean and in a great location. However we didn't have a working dryer the whole week we were there. They brought us extra towels and washcloths, but we were unable to wash or dry any dirty laundry. Considering the amount of money I spent for a week I feel I should be compensated more than a few towels.

This property was perfect for our beach trip! We had a few minor maintenance issues but they were addressed and fixed almost immediately! The property managers were super helpful and the entire complex was great! We will definitely be back!

Great Stay Right on the Beach!

We had a great experience in this unit. The balcony has a wonderful view to watch the sunsets, bedrooms are spacious, and you are an elevator ride away from the beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

The condo is as the photos show. Beautiful views. The location is perfect; close to great restaurants and Pier Park. Nice lounge in the resort with music and fitness center. Will definitely be staying at Emerald Beach next year!

Perfect family vacation

We loved the condo. It has amazing views and has become our favorite of all we have stayed in before at Emerald Beach. It was spacious and beautifully decorated. The balcony was also spacious with plenty of seating. We loved having breakfast out there in the mornings. Will definitely stay here again! We go every year and have found our new home away from home!

Gorgeous View

This is the second time we’ve stayed here but first time on the top floor. Love the layouts of the condos and we seen lots of marine life. Remember to bring binoculars.

My family and friends loved our time in this beautiful condo. The entire property is very well kept. Staff is friendly. 2/3 pools are heated. Fun game room. 10/10 recommend.

Can't Wait to Go Back!

The location was perfect. It was larger than other condos we have stayed in. I'm assuming because it's a penthouse. I loved how big the kitchen was and all of the beach accessories they provided. The beds were also extremely comfortable. We are already planning our next trip back!

We enjoyed our stay. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying beautiful views. The living room door to the balcony is very hard to open. We just used the bedroom door instead. Overall wonderful stay!

This penthouse has great beds! They are super comfortable and the house is clean! It was in a great location! The only complaints were the elevators stayed torn up and the first floor, before the elevator, smelled really bad! I would definitely recommend!
