Beautiful home, close to the beach. Unfortunately, when we booked this houses the listing came with a golf cart. However, they no longer offer it and we were out of picket to rent one ourselves.

Amazing spring break

We had the BEST time at Inlet Beach. The property was beautiful, clean and very well located. There was a slight mix up because when we booked it, it included a golf cart and then we got there, the Cart was removed from the listing and not there. We communicated with Xóchitl who was wonderful and got it sorted out, and got us the cart that same day. The area is stunning and we will remember these vacations forever. Highly recommend!

Best family vacation ever

We loved this property! We had five adults and two toddlers staying here and we all felt like we had enough space to be together or find alone time. The location is perfect. We took bike rides daily and we used the golf cart to get to the beach, shops and our favorite… The Donut Hole. We will look forward to returning later in the year.

30a Vacation or according to my grand-daughters, "The Funnest Vacation Ever." Beautiful house. Very practical for a family. Beach and 30a were a constant adventure for the kids. Great neighborhood. Easy access to beach and Rosemary Beach.

Spring Break - Vacation

I was very surprised, 😲 House was very very nice and up to date. Very spacious and kitchen big enough for 2 people to cook but needs kitchen towels next time. We loved the pantry, it was huge. All the bedrooms were nice and all the bed were very comfortable! The bathrooms big and spacious. Close to beach and easy to go to the beach with golf cart which was a huge plus to the stay. I would rent again.

Location, location, location!

Our family loved our stay here! We didn't want to leave and extended a night. The location is perfect with a golf cart that gets you to the beach in just minutes and there are very few people on the beach, making it a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The communication was excellent with 30a beach girls, the house was well stocked with dishes and cookware, lots of space for the family, and an excellent mattress in our room, no one complained about theirs so assuming they were good too! Huge plus it's also dog friendly, so even our fur babies had a blast. The greatest perk was the free bonfire! We all loved it. We didn't use the bikes the golf cart took us everywhere. Incredible!

So we always stay in Destin. This year we wanted to check out 30a. WOW! We will never go back to Destin and 30a Beach Girls rock!! Their unparalleled availability and genuine concern for our satisfaction transformed our stay into something truly extraordinary. Golf cart at property was hours of silly delight for the kids, who knew a golf cart was so fun. The free bonfire you get had the kids hopped up on sugar but the memories were well worth it! The house was beautiful and even more importantly the beds were so comfortable! We will be back! I suggest you make your vacation plans here!

False advertisement

Started off on the wrong foot because the listing said the property included a golf cart, but when we arrived, there was no golf cart. We reached out to the property manager via text regarding the missing golf cart to which they responded “it’s only provided during the busy season and that they would not be providing one” despite the listing saying it would. The listing also said it had four bikes when in actuality there were only two. While communicating with the property manager, their response time was delayed so if you need immediate assistance, I would suggest calling rather than texting.Checkout time was at 10 AM however they changed the lock key code at 9 AM and ended up locking us out. We then had to call and wait an extra 30 minutes to get back into the rental. The property itself was nice and clean, but the overall experience was tarnished.
