Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was exactly as described and very nicely decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and necessary utensils. The view was amazing being directly on the beach and the huge patio allowed for us enjoy that view when not down at the beach. The only thing I didn’t realize until we were there is that beach towels are not included. This isn’t mentioned as a negative for the rental but more as a helpful tip for others who might not think of it like me! Over all, we will definitely come back and stay here again.

We have been staying at this condo for about 5 years in a row. This was our first stay in 404 and it was one of the better rooms we have stayed and one of the most convenient because it’s so close to lower levels. Overall, we just love it in PCB and this room made it that much more enjoyable!

This property met all our needs! When we go to the beach we are home bodies so it was perfect for staying in and being comfortable the entire week! The amenities are impeccably maintained on the property as well!

Summer vacation

Great place to stay for family vacation. Located close to many activities for kids on rainy days. Amazing ocean view and very well equipped for cooking and beach going. Easy check in and out process and great communication.
