Clean apartment, convenient location and well management property

Check-in instruction is clear, and parking is easy. The management team responded to the request in time. The apartment is clean, and have all the kitchen equipment and appliance I need for a short vacation. Had a good experience. Thanks!

Clean and Adequate

Place was clean and as described . There was not a thing in the kitchen - no slat, Keller or even a coffee filter . Have stayed in other rubies before that at least have some of the bare necessities provided. Would have also appreciated some wash clothes provided . It was convenient, clean and well located . Nothing I would write hone about, or really desire to visit again as the beach scene was quite crowded . If you’re just looking for a place to lay your head and want the location, this will work for you

Rejuvenating Stay

As soon as we entered through the door - it was as if the work week vanished and the relaxation started. The fresh sea scape décor just lifts your spirits and the view is breathtaking as you sit out on the oversized balcony to watch the dolphins and manta rays play and 'fly' over the surf. A bell heralds the last sight of sunset every evening, which cannot be missed as no two are the same... The condo is so peaceful and the sound of waves on the sand lull you to a peaceful sleep in the most comfortable bed. The condo is clean with well thought out living areas and a beautifully equipped kitchen. We utilized both the pools and hot-tubs - (there are 2 of each!) We will definitely be booking here when we stay at Panama City Beach again.

Outstanding Experience

We enjoyed our visit to Panama City Beach as soon as we opened the door to condo #2310 at Sunrise Beach Resort. The interior of the condo was clean and decorated excellently with a classic Coastal theme. The view of the emerald waters were breathtaking. There are several excellent restaurants within walking distance as well as Pier Park. We enjoyed our morning coffee and lunch on the over-sized balcony overlooking the gulf where we saw sting rays and dolphins everyday. The living room and bedrooms were so comfortable and relaxing. 2310 made us feel we were living in a luxury beachfront apartment. Absolutely recommend this condo. We will certainly be back!

Our favorite place to stay

The condo was clean and decorated nicely. Have a good feel to it. Loved the ocean view and the location. Everyone was very attentive and caring. They are so nice and patient! This is our go to place and will always be staying here whenever we come to Panama City.

Great place to vacation!

This condo has the best view and it’s so relaxing. The place was furnished really nicely and everything was very clean and looked brand new. It’s within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Would definitely recommend!

Room Nice, Resort Itself has Problems

The room was nice. However the resort needs to update and have more access to the elevators. We waited 20 minutes at one time to get on an elevator. We were informed that the 1st round of amenities were all we would be provided so we brought extra toilet paper and paper towels, detergent, etc., however we were not informed that we'd have to get our own trash bags. I've never been to a place that didn't provide trash bags. Also be aware that condo 2310's owners did not purchase the beach chair rental for the year, so bring your own. That would have been nice to know as well before arriving. Our coffee pot was missing in the room, but a call to the lobby got us a new coffee pit quickly. Staff at resort was very friendly.

Loved the room, but we were told the hallway bathroom flushed "slow" which would be fine with us. However, it would not flush at all and with 6 people it was a little difficult after paying a lot more to have more space and 2 restrooms. We called and they stated they would contact maintenance, but never heard back or no one ever came. Other than that, awesome room.

Great Vacation

The property was well maintained and the decor was beautiful. It offered several amenities that help make our stay good such as beach towels and extra fans. Kitchen was well equipped and beds comfortable. We were in the 23rd floor and the view was amazing. Pools are very kid friendly. The staff stayed in touch and made everything super easy. Will definitely stay again!
