We got to the property late. Getting into the condo was no problem, it was a little confusing navigating the property. Probably wouldn't be difficult if arriving on time. Condo was nice with some cosmetic issues. No biggie. View was amazing and the beds were comfortable. Beach was excellent, but the outdoor pools were freezing. The property had a lot to offer and the location was great. Overall, a wonderful experience. We would stay here again.

The property at Majestic overall is wonderful! The unit however, had not been cleaned! Vomit was on the bedding in one room, and something sticky on the other bedding. The showers had pieces of soap, sand and hair in them. Mold on the walls and the floors hadn't been cleaned in a long while! Communication with the host Rent & Relax Rental, was not as I'd hoped at first, however, after I provided pictures of the unit upon our arrival, they did refund a portion of our expenses. We will not be booking anymore with this particular rental company as we've came to PCB for 20 years and always had a great, clean experience with another company so I will ensure that we stick to that. So overall, 4/10 review for our stay this time.

VERY disappointed, The unit needs a major overhaul, 1- The first impression is the front door( wow) could use a coat of paint, once inside, where do i start,various cabinets hinges need repair, the master bathroom door you have to lift it to close it,also the shower curtain was hideous with mold and grime at the bottom,and the shoe molding everywhere in the unit is disintegrating, the small bathroom toliet the ring will not stay up because of a big handle , so when you urinate you have to hold the ring, now the kitchen, mostly ok, except for silverware, it had 1 fork, three spoons, plenty of steak knives,,now the living room, the couch was covered in stains, so we covered with a sheet, the cushions when you sit down compress into the pull out bed frame, unbelievable uncomfortable,, the balcony area floor look like a oil stains from a parked car leaking oil , patio furniture ,one chair is bent and rusted, Also unless you have a streaming subscription to anything, no TV! the bed in master has a bricko block holding the center of frame up, linens were old and stained , floors were nasty, had to where shoes the whole time we were there, obviously this vrbo rental is for profit at lowest possible expense, We have rented from vrbo dozens of times by far this one was the worse.I always thought that vrbo held property owners to a higher level of standards , My advice would be to do diligence on obtaining info on property.
