There's no question that you are on vacation when you enter this condo brimming with extra touches throughout. This vacation rental features a large, furnished balcony accessible via two sets of sliding glass doors. You'll also enjoy the well-equipped, full kitchen, comfortable living space, and spacious dining area. Guests of Sunrise Beach will also enjoy plenty of amenities including an elevated, Gulf-front sundeck with two tropical pools (one seasonally heated), relaxing spas, a children's water play area, exercise room, meeting room, and convenient covered parking.

Sunrise Beach is located just down the road from Gulf World, an aquarium with shark feedings, dolphin encounters, and animal shows. Just a few minutes west is Pier Park, an outdoor town center with souvenir shopping at Ron Jon’s, dining, and endless shopping opportunities at places such as Beach Hut and Avenue Sea. Also at Pier Park you'll find a 16-screen movie theater and a Dave & Busters arcade.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Excellent Stay!

One of the most beautiful condos we’ve ever stayed in! Beautifully decorated! We had a small issue with the door code not working when we arrived, but called Vacasa and had a new door code that worked in less than 5 minutes. We drive a large vehicle, and there was plenty of parking. Condo was stocked with just about everything! They even had small fans in each bedroom closet! The bath tubs took FOREVER to drain, and when taking a shower, the water would get ankle deep. I’m guessing because it’s such a large building? The only other issue was the thermostat couldn’t be set below 70, so the hot natured family members were a little uncomfortable. The balcony was great with a large table and 4 chairs. Overall, it was one of my favorites! Clean, comfortable, and fabulous stay!

Got a boot on the car in the parking garage, do your due diligence before arriving and staying

The unit itself was satisfactory, but everything else fell quickly apart. Here is a quick list for potential renters: 1) GOT A BOOT ON THE CAR. - It cost us $50 to remove this boot. Hearing it was the first of this incident, I was repulsed by the HOA manager that refused to remove this without paying the fine. I was told she has heard every "excuse" in the book and her job was to enforce all HOA rules. Upon reserving the unit, I was told I would be emailed the registration for the car. I received the email to enter in keypad in order to check in, however NEVER received a link to register the car. The registration is $20...if I got a registration link, I would have registered the car. Upon this complaint, the helpful woman behind the counter in the front desk notified me their communication methods are often in non working order...The manager of Vacasa refunded my funds, but the HOA manager made it clear she was not there to support guest experiences. Beware, I went on vacation to talk to HOA and accused for making "excuses"... she also does not take card and needed cash for boot removal..? 2) Check in....like this phantom registration link for the car, I was supposedly received a phone call that informed me to check in with a Front Desk. Of course I never received this phone call...we went to our room and wondered how we get the beach service, fitness gym code, and wristbands for the pool. 3) Beach service sadness. We traveled with 3 kids, 1, 3, & 5. We get up early. We got ready and beachside early around 8. Apparently, this is too early for beach service. We tried to reserve the chairs that were included in our stay but the man working the booth named Caleb, informed us most of the chairs were reserved and to come back when he was done setting all the chairs up. that's fine, but...How many rows would he set up? When would I know when to come back? The issue was not of how to reserve the chairs but him telling me I had a bad morning because he was unhelpful.. This was my first trip to this location and he did not answer any of my questions. Upon viewing, his office hours begin when he is hanging in his hammock, otherwise, do not talk to him. While in the front desk for other issues, there were other people confused on how to rent these chairs included in the stay. The management need to clarify their procedures for communication. This was not done and it made issues not worth the price of vacation.

Disappointed

We rented this condo for a family vacation and were very disappointed in both the cleanliness and condition of the condo. Upon our arrival, we reported to the staff that there was a sticky blue liquid all over the wall in the kitchen, the couch and mattress were visibly stained, the water and ice dispenser on the fridge were broken, and that all of the walls - each and every wall - were very scraped, scratched, and had holes or dents. They said they'd send someone by to address the damages but this didn't happen. On our first day, the first cereal bowl I tried to use had a blue green mold in it, so I grabbed a second bowl but it also had a mystery substance crusted on it. So we just decided to wash all utensils before using them. That night, we tried to give our young son a bath in the master tub but there was so much hair matted in the drain that the plug wouldn't even go in. The employees who we spoke with when we called the corporate line were really sweet but when we expressed disappointment in the condo's condition we just got "I'm sorry to hear that" but no attempts to make it right. We checked out two days early and did not complete our stay.

Great location very clean condo!

This condo was very clean couch was comfortable. Overall we would rent again. Master bed needs some work, mattress is saggy and felt like bed was leaning to the middle. My husband looked under the bed to make sure it wasn’t going to fall and they have it rigged up under there with leaning post of some sort. It didn’t fall but needs attention ASAP to fix it. Only one of the bunkbeds had sheets provided we didn’t contact owner because we only needed the one set but if we had more kids this would have been an issue. The beach chair rental provided free was awesome!

Condo was not clean, elevators were horrible, bedrooms were hot and could not turn air down,.

Will not stay at sunrise again. No bathrooms on bottom floor for people on the beach. Elevators were extremely slow. Condo was not clean.
