Guests have access to all of the resort amenities listed above.

Parking: parking passes are $40 per vehicle, up to 2 vehicles max. Once booked, you will receive a link to register and pay for parking at Majestic Beach Resort. You must do this prior to arrival or you won't be able to enter the parking garage.

Armbands: these are provided in the unit. You will be charged $20 PER lost armband. You must leave them on kitchen counter upon checkout. Children under 10 do not need to wear a band.

Pools & hot tubs are open from 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. Quiet hours will be enforced.

- Please note we only provide a starter pack of essentials (toilet paper, paper towel, dish pods, laundry pods) despite your length of stay. You are responsible for anything beyond that.

- “Quiet hours” are enforced throughout the resort between 10:00 P.M. and 10:00 A.M. All owners and guests shall refrain from any activity that would disturb other residents at all times, but especially during quiet hours.

- You must be 25 years or older to rent this property, and remain the entire length of the stay. There are no exceptions.
