Beautiful Home with a Great Location

The home is beautifully decorated and well furnished. The third floor deck has great views and nice furniture. The beach service was a plus as well as the 4 bikes. The only negative is that during our stay, we had issues with the wifi on a daily basis.

Loved it!

House was great! Clean, nice, perfect location and comfortable beds. We had two families in the house and there was enough room for everyone to spread out and not feel crowded. The location is perfect to ride bikes to Rosemary and a short walk to the beach. The only thing I would say is it would have been nice to have extra blankets in the closets for the beds or to use when sitting on the couch.

Restless Nights

The property was not very clean. There were hairs all over downstairs furniture. The floors were dirty, grease on the stove, dishes in the cabinet were dirty. We saw one dead roach and one alive. The towels in the second floor master were not stocked and we had to borrow from the other bathroom. The beds were not comfortable. And the upstairs entertainment system was very confusing and worked inconsistently.

Beautiful home, very comfortable beds.

The property didn’t fit our family needs. The kitchen on the 1st floor and the outdoor patio with grill on the 3rd floor was a bad design functionally. The beach was further away than we have been accustomed to on previous stays. The tv systems were complex and had issues the first two days, it took multiple calls to 30a escapes and 24 hours to get someone over to fix. The trash cans were overflowing from the previous guests and 30a escapes were unresponsive. I had great concerns for the trash because the tropical storm was coming in. After getting no response we took the initiative to empty the trash cans in a work dumpster next door. I know that is not allowed but the trash would have been blown all over the properties because of the storm. 30a escapes were very nice but very slow in response, maybe because it was a holiday week.
