The property was very clean, and this was our second time in this particular unit! It was perfect for our growing family of 5 adults and our grandchild. The pool area is well maintained, and the “grill” is perfect for a snack, lunch, or drink. We walked to several restaurants, and Walmart is very close! No need to do very much driving at all if you book this condo!

The unit we had was overall ok. Could use a new microwave as the one there does its own thing when cooking. Great view of the ocean and was close to the pier. We have stayed at Aqua many times when visiting Panama City Beach.

The room was exactly as pictured. We had stayed at the Aqua before, and the property is always nice there. The best part was the owners communication. I booked the room last minute, and the owner made sure we had everything we needed quickly.

Very nice condo. Great location with pier park and many restaurants within walking distance. Two elevators were down which made the elevator riding experience a little frustrating, but things like that happen. Sign posted that elevators will be back up by September.

We had a good time on our family vacation. The condo was very nice and my family enjoyed the stay. Here is a couple of small things I recommend: I would recommend replacing cushions on balcony. They were uncomfortable. Doors to the bath room would not lock. We would stay here again on our vacation. We had an amazing time. Thanks Chad

We had a great time. The room was amazing, the view was also amazing. The check in issue was pretty easy other than the parking pass process. We finally got it worked out but they need more than was place to print or buy a parking pass. We had issues with the fridge/freezer but contacted the property manager and Cade and Tonya were beyond amazing. People like them will make you want to rent from them again even when problems arise. Will definitely try to rent from them again.

Condo is in a great location, close to pier park, and great restaurants. House should of been cleaner. Stuff left from previous renters under bed, behind dressers, sheets on the bed had hair on them in bunk beds. When you put the sheets on you could clearly see they were dirty!!! King size bed is awful! Very squeaky, on a metal bed frame with wheels not attached to bed frame. Nice house just really needs some TLC!!!!!!! And a really good clean!

This was our first time at PCB. The unit was clean, spacious, and well kept. Chairs on the beach was a great bonus. We were able to walk to Pier Park and other local restaurants. Security at the building was very nice and enforced the policies. Week went off without issues. Great vacation!

Condo needs a little update and more dishes. No cookie or pizza sheets. We didn’t have a full set of eating utensils. Had to buy plastic. Floors have been piecemeal replaced so doorways are uneven and don’t match up. Much nicer condos in this bldg for same price.

We wanted to give our mom and sisters a great experience going to see the ocean for the first time and our condo was very comfortable and the view was amazing. This condo could use a new couch and master bed but overall it was really nice and clean. The kitchen had anything you would need.

The condo was just as advertised and was a great stay. We really enjoyed our stay! However, not the condo owners fault but 2 out of 4 elevators were down and when you’re staying on the 19th floor in July….not ideal lol.

Condo needs updating-better cookware, more silverware, serving pieces and bowls & wine opener, cleaner/new living room furniture and rug. Patio cushions were filthy and needs replacing. Microwave had issues. More pillows and towels were needed. But, AC unit ran great and beds and linens were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms and showers were clean.

The month stay at Aqua Unit 1907 was such a luxury for me. The view was always perfect even when the weather in February did not cooperate every day. The condo was nicely equipped with the essential supplies to make me feel at home. All the sleeping arrangements were comfortable for the family that visited . The location of the resort is convenient to Pier Park and many fine establishments, especially recommend Diego's. I would add at no fault to the management there was a issue with our thermostat, ( due to stormy weather) and the property manager went above and beyond to provide comfort for elder family guest and quick repair to the thermostat. We really appreciate the friendliness of Tonya and willingness to make sure our stay was the best. We certainly will entertain the idea of coming back next year and many more years to come.
