Property was overall good and I would definitely stay again if needed. The rug in the entry way and also by the sink in the master bath were very dirty. May need replacing.

Perfect beach stay!

We loved this villa. The interior was really spacious and decorated nicely. The master bedroom was large and the beds were comfy. The kids loved watching the turtles and mallards in the pond in the morning. The view of the pond was really pretty and peaceful in the morning. There was plenty of towels in both bathrooms and the place had a nice set of pots and pans for cooking. The villa is a good 10 minute walk to the big pool and beach but the villa pool is closer. We stayed for the Fourth of July fireworks and was able to see them from the front of the villa. We had a blast and will be back again.

amazing!

This place was beautiful, specially the master bedroom was amazing! Loved the decorations and the view to the lake was pretty. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. It was very clean. The only downside is that is not on the beach, but the walk to the beach is not bad at all.

Our stay

We were impressed with this property and location. Beautifully renovated. The only that would have made this one ABSOLUTELY PERFECT were if it you walked out to an ocean front view. However, the access from the property to the beach (via bridge) was a breeze. No complaints there. The prop. management staff that handled our reservation check in/out was great! I did contact them prior to coming to make sure there were addtl beds in the 2nd bdrm, as it was not listed. We would stay here again and do recommend it to others.
