The fully equipped kitchen features all the necessary appliances and cooking utensils, allowing you to prepare meals and snacks with ease. You can pull up a bar stool for a quick snack or a sit-down family meal!

***Starting Jan 1st 2024: For Parking and HOA required registration, guests will need to register via a link we will send you. There is a registration fee of $40 (plus a transaction fee) per vehicle. If you cancel your reservation, the transaction fee is non refundable. During peak season (MAY-JUL) only 2 parking passes are permitted per condo***
Maximum garage parking vehicle height is 7ft. Guests with vehicles over 7ft must park in open parking area.
SNOWBIRD OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR THE MONTHS OF NOVEMBER, DECEMBER, JANUARY AND FEBRUARY. Bookings during those days/months require a minimum 28 day reservation. Rates are competitive! Please inquire for more information or to customize your needs over these months!
