Sitting on one of the city's lakes, this beautiful condo is located a quick walk from the beach and other local conveniences. When you aren't playing on the pristine white sand, unwind in the hot tub, splash in the rooftop pool, and practice your swing at the on-site golf course. A Gulf-view fitness center is even available for those who want to keep up with their workout regime.

Four units away from an elevator, your condo is full of modern amenities and plush furnishings. The open living room boasts direct access to a water-view balcony with alfresco dining. Before you enjoy a meal with your loved ones, utilize the full kitchen's stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and center island.

Your own haven of peace, the primary bedroom features its own bathroom, complete with a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and large vanity. Each of the rooms comes adorned with charming nautical mementos and high-quality linens. Additional interior amenities include a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and internet access.

Within six miles of your stay, pay a visit to Pirate's Island Adventure Golf, Zooworld Zoological Park, the M.B. Miller County Pier, and St. Andrews State Park.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
There is private beach access available for the condo's guests.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 3.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Lakefront

The Condo was pretty awesome, although it could use a few upgrades, dishes, pots n pans just weren’t enough, and the AC unit quit working after the first night and we were miserable, couldn’t leave doors open-because of the smoke from fires, so that was unexceptional
