Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy

Parking pass wasn’t in the room car almost was towed’ beds were so hard the master room had a dip in the middle. Wasted a hour of my time getting parking pass and kids were ready for the beach I had to stand in line forever. Couldn’t get tv in living room or master bedroom to watch Netflix didn’t have password to watch. Took forever to use an elevator every time we needed to use it ! On and on’ highly over priced for the stay forsure
