Condo was clean, a little confusion upon check in but quickly fixed (very attentive rental company). As a mom with littles, I recommend bringing plastic cups there was a lot of glass. We would absolutely book again.

Southern was very responsive to our messages and very helpful.
The layout of the condo was perfect for us since one of us likes to wake up way too early! It allowed us to keep our own sleep schedules.
We loved the decor and furniture.
The balcony needed some maintenance/paint/pressure washing but that’s my only negative comment
