Awesome condo

The condo looks just like it does in the pictures, it has everything you need and then some. The view of the ocean was awesome. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice clean condo!

Two sofas in living area overlooking the ocean - plus a chair. Several plastic chairs/plastic table on the balcony. Super comfy bed and pillows. Clean condo!

Room 406

The room was really nice, but watch out for the elevators. They are very finicky. Our family had to climb the stairs throughout our entire stay.

Nice

The king size bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, pots, and pans. The room was clean for the most part. The toilet paper holders in both bathrooms had something brown (hopefully just rust) all over the tops of them. I tried to wipe it off, but I couldn't get it all off. The loveseat in the living room was a bit too much for the size of the room, and we kept stumping our toes going from the living room to the kitchen. The couch and loveseat were very comfortable, but we didn’t use the pullout bed in the couch so I can't vouch for how comfortable it is. We had a great view from our balcony. For reference, room 406 is directly across from elevators so the lights above the elevators does shine through making it look like daytime all night long. All in all we had a good stay. Tidewater in general does need more elevators for the amount of rooms they have. The elevator wait time is horrible.

Very nice

We really enjoyed our stay in room 406. It was very clean and it had a very well stocked kitchen. I had read that there was no hair dryer but there is. There's one in each bathroom...so don't bring one like I did. Very clean and accommodating. Plus the added bonus that it's low enough that you don't have to take the elevators which have long wait times during peak hours. We could easily take the stairs when needed.

Nice room but a couple dealbreakers

Hi the room was nice and on the 4th floor which was perfect for us during our stay, but one unfortunate problem was the incredibly hard master king mattress. We’re not too picky but the bed was harder than any I’ve ever slept on. Not quite appropriate for hosting most people at a rental home. Also a potential problem is the room and master bedroom being located immediately across from the elevators. Unfortunately we won’t rent this particular unit again for those reasons.

Friendly Staff

The staff was very friendly. People were constantly wiping up the floors in the area where the pools and beach entry were located. Each person I encountered smiled and said hi.

Beautiful condo, Amazing view

The condo was well supplied with everything you could want (except a hair dryer). The kitchen had everything we needed. The view of the beach was amazing. The place was very clean. I was quite impressed.

Our home away from home

Condo 406 is convenient, clean and comfortable. We are snow birds spending seven years in this condo. Completely furnished with very nice dishes, cookware and anything you might need or want. I recommend this special unit for many reasons. The view is awesome and we love it. We plan on returning January 2023. Fun times and great memories. Mrs Bajorek

Very hard to move around! Elevators very hard to use. Sometimes 30 mins to get to your floor. Also get around parking garage took a lot of time.

Great place- nicely stocked

Great place- nicely stocked. Beautiful view. I’ve stayed other places and the elevators are way worst! Three things i would do to improve the place. 1. Change the toilet paper holder in master it’s rusted and old. 2. Get the curved shower curtain rod- it makes the shower seem bigger. 3. New mattress. The bed was very uncomfortable. I’m skinny and my hip bones are bruised cause i sleep on my sides- highly recommend if you come and they haven’t changed the mattress- to bring a mattress topper. We would definitely stay here again, with a new mattress. Very very nice!

June Vacation

We loved this condo. It was very clean and the location was great. The only issue was the slow elevator but we knew that going in. Thankfully we were on the 4th floor so we didn’t need the elevator. Thank you!

Ok if in a bind

The ocean view was the best part. The condo itself was dirty feeling. Needs paint to cover all the stains on the walls. Elevators would delay you for 10-40 minutes so be prepared. And when we confronted security about our son getting hit with an egg on property he told us it wasn’t his problem. Will definitely not be returning

Clean property

This unit was conveniently located on the 4th floor. Since the elevators are busy (especially at check in/out) it was much more convenient to use the stairs. Although the unit is right across from the elevator, it was surprisingly quiet. We had use of two chaise lounges and umbrellas which the resort set up daily on the beach. Tidewater is conveniently located to Pier Park. We were easily able to walk to Pier park, yet there were not sidewalks the entire way. We chose this unit due to its location in Panama City Beach and its proximity to the airport.
